List of Emory At Sugarloaf's Reviews
I had one appointment with Dr. Chaudhury at Emory at Sugarloaf. Everything worked smoothly, no delays and great service. I got all my labs done and reviewed by Dr. Chaudhury in MyChart app later on. I'm satisfied with the service that I received.
We have been patients with this office since 2003. It's change so very much! (Not For The Better). You can't get in for an appointment for weeks (even if you're sick) I called the other day (September) to schedule a physical for myself and my husband. The earliest they had was December...😡 When you call the office you are not getting connected to the office, it's a call center. Needless to say we have switched our primary to another facility. So very disappointed!!! It was once a wonderful office....😔
Every time I attempt to get a refill of medication, never happens. This occasion, since June 1, now June 10, been out completely since Friday. Called 7 times today,. Had to find the medication, I did. Still no medication called in. They have no care for patients, but if it comes to paying them, have to pay up front!
Terrible, can't get appoint ever. Maybe 6 months out or a year. Changing Dr.s. That doesn't help when your in pain. I don't want an computer, you can't ck my back on the computer, or my chest.
Very professional and caring! The front office, PTs, and medical assistants are so nice and dedicated to providing good care. The office gets busy but they do a great job of ensuring that everyone is cared for!
Not a good medical office. I called and scheduled a appointment over 1 month ago for medication refills. Now on the day of my appointment the office called and said they do not take my insurance. When I made the appointment my insurance was verified for this office. So now I'm out of medication and no hope of another appointment for possibly months. Unacceptable!!!
I've been a patient here since 2001. Staff asks doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. Great location near me. Everything is clearly explained when I ask. And service provided well.
The care that patients receive here is wonderful, highly qualified and friendly staff, especially the physiotherapist Kathe and her team, congratulations.
The new way of doing things at Emory is awful You can’t call the individual offices like you used to. Takes forever to get a call back. It’s the new system they’re operating under— not the staff at the office. You’ve gotten too big/corporate with bad patient service.
No issue with the doctors or nurses, they are GREAT! My one star review is for the new portal “MyChart” all patients (including the elderly) are expected to use for ALL THINGS. You can no longer call the office to leave a message for the nurse or speak with anyone there EVER! I’m leaving Emory for this reason.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
