Dr. Chai is a great physician. I have been coming to her for about 8 years now. She has great bedside manner. Equally important, I have never had a billing dispute with her office because her and her staff are transparent and thoroughly understand all of the insurance plans her office accepts. Due to this my family and I have never had to worry about a surprise bill!!!!! I strongly recommend her practice to everyone!

Dr Chai was so patient while listening to my concerns. She takes her time to get to know the patient completely and gives suggestions accordingly. Overall I had a great experience at this clinic. Everyone here was so polite and friendly. Definitely recommend this place for annual check ups.

I booked an appointment for a specific service and when they took me to the back they informed me that they do not uphold that particular service since they do not have access to certain machinery but I was still charged for my visit even though services were not rendered. The doctor specially said “go next door and they will be able to help you, we are a family practice not an OBGYN”. If they are not able to provide services they should not have those options to choose from on Zocdoc. They originally told me I would have to pay $180 but when I started to question the pricing they told me I only had to pay $50. It doesn’t feel good to go to a practice that is not transparent. A waste of time and a waste of money overall.

I don't know why people wrote those negative common for Dr chai,but I and my family has been going there for years,Dr chai and the staff are so polite and patient, They very helpful every time I go there . No complain !!

I repeatedly got Tonsillitis over the last year and had to revisit Dr. Chai often. I was always treated quickly through either an injection or prescribed medication and the symptoms would dissipate incredibly quickly and effectively. Dr. Zou also gave recommendations for supplements and vitamins that helped prevent future issues for me. They are amazing and kind doctors and the clinic will surely be my first choice in the future if things were to come up.

今天下午3:45分打电话预约要看医生，前台接电话态度恶劣，叫她换个人接电话结果就把我的电话故意hold在那边，我后来挂了电话再打回去马上就有人接这就说明她根本就没有把我的电话转接给别人，我是预约看医生是去消费的感觉我好像欠她几百万一样，后来接电话的我跟她反应了情况解释是可能因为今天太忙了，你忙可以理解但你不可以把气发在我的身上，我们一家10口都在这里看医生如果前台态度还是这样我们会考虑换个医生
