Forever Care Ob/Gyn Llc's Online Review Report Card

I am a pregnant woman, making me angry is that I have been seeing a doctor in this clinic before 20w, during which I continue to charge you fees, in fact, the amount of my own expenses does not need to be so much. They have been giving me the excuse that they will refund the overpayment later. And always with a bad attitude. I think the worst name was Selina. I'm not sure. She just looked at me and rolled her eyes. Are you okay? I didn't go to the doctor to see your face. That's all. I figured I'd just go to another hospital and never come back. Regardless of these people, I turned in all the materials for transferring other ob after finishing the last inspection here. They only sent part of it to another clinic, and then I went back to them 3 times and asked them to send the complete information to my new clinic, and they didn't actually send it. I ended up taking the copies they had given to them to the new clinic. It's been three weeks and I haven't even been called to the new clinic for my next prenatal appointment. The reason is that Forever Care Ob/Gyn LLC did not send my serious information at the first time, nor did it re-send it later. The copy we sent could not be effectively uploaded to the computer, because the hospital was busy and there was no one to check my information. Later, when I called Forever Care Ob/Gyn LLC for information, they were very rude and told me it wasn't their fault. I said that I called three times later to ask for my complete information to be re-sent, but none of them did. Things have not done well here to shirk the responsibility, from the start to answer the phone is not good, I am also very angry, you have any reason to treat patients with dignity. I have been transferring for more than 2 weeks, and I have not succeeded in transferring. The point is who's gonna be in charge of my baby if I don't wait until my next checkup

DO. NOT. COME. HERE. I cannot stress this enough. It has taken me a while to write this review because I was scared of not receiving my refund from this clinic, but now that I have my money back I can write about my experience here. I have been going to OBGYNs for the past 4+ years because of my cyst complications and I was so happy to have found a POC run clinic that I could go to. Sadly, my experience was horrible. The Dr there is okay but the sonographer who does the ultrasounds was telling me she couldn't find my left ovary and was trying to convince me that it was taken out (I had a surgery done in Mexico to get rid of cysts but I had NO ovaries taken out), and even after I told her repeatedly I had BOTH ovaries, she wouldn't listen and insisted I had it taken out because she couldn't find it. So that was disrespectful on its own. Then, they have you pay a deposit to secure a spot for an ultrasound, which I thought was weird but I went with it. But THEN they tell me that I have to pay full price even though my insurance was accepted??? They told me that they would refund me the total price once they received the EOB and the insurance processed. This has NEVER been asked of me at many other clinics. But because the clinic is so far away and I was "guaranteed" a refund, I transferred money from what little I had in my savings into my checking account and used my credit card to pay for this appointment that should be 100% covered by my insurance. To say I was put in a tight spot would be an understatement. I'm going to keep this part short because there was SO MUCH that happened to get my refund. But, long story short, I had to contact my insurance and have them speak to the clinic MULTIPLE times to even get my refund. The clinic first said they needed this and then they said they needed that in order to issue my refund. The person I talked to was also so rude and kept interrupting me and putting me on hold; I had to get stern to get a respectful conversation and I hate having to do that. However, once my insurance spoke to them, they suddenly change their tune and I was able to get my refund back after MONTHS of waiting. So unprofessional and I will not be coming back again. Please don't come unless want to be disrespected and have to chase down your refund that you are rightfully owed. Take it from me and find somewhere better.

I do not recommend it. Today I went to an appointment and just because I am Hispanic and I do not know how to speak English, they looked at me like I was weird and they did not even have a translator and the doctor and the nurse put on their bitter faces. IF YOU ARE HISPANIC, DO NOT GO THERE, THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU.

2.5 stars. I have been coming on/off since I was 15, im 27 now. I never had bad experience. yes she makes comments about weight and health. I never took it hard because a time before I needed to hear it and she never came off rude to me. She was always nice to me and the other doctor. My only issue now is the payment. im confused on the price... I had insurance before but I have new insurance that they dont take, so im self pay since 2022. I have been paying $50 for each visit. Now today im making an appt the lady said $250 for new patient and $150 each visit after. when I was told before that 150 was the price for new patients and its $50 after. So quick to throw a number, when Im not new and I been paying $50. Idk if they changed prices and even if they did, she could have said so instead of being rude with attitude about it. Thank you Dr. Cao for the times I did come anyway. Some front staff was ok some not. but whoever was on the phone today, money hungry.

Do not recommend. I waited for 1 hour before putting my clothes back on and walking out. As I walked out, all staff was on lunch and doctor was in lobby having a meeting with a sales rep. Complete waste of my time.

They never answer the phone

I had a bad experience with a older nurse who was rude to both my mom and me . I wonder if he behavior reflects dissatisfaction with her job or poor pay at the clinic ! I’m also unsure about the “doctor “‘s profesionalism.t’s unfortunate the staff don’t use a simple “ excuse me “ when moving past you. This small phrase can make big difference in showing respect and acknowledging someone’s presence. RESPECT AND EMPATHY ARE FUNDAMENTAL QUALITIES FOR ALL INDIVIDUAL ESPECIALLY THOSE IN CAREGIVER ROLE . Dr do Better if you are a real dr The doctor and the nurse have to go back to school to learn manners The dr and the nurse have to go back to school to learn manners! Being a doctor and nurse is a shame not having education! What a poor mentality

Don't go, the staff here have very bad attitude and they don't care about your health
