Child friendly waiting area, front desk greeter was kind. Patient rooms were very nice and child friendly. Wait time was short and the dr seemed to take his time and not rush with us.

I came to this pediatrician because it was recommended by a friend. We moved from Kentucky a few months ago and we need a new pediatrician. I expressed to the doctor, and to the woman at the front desk ( who took the sample) that I need testing for my son, who is 3 years old as I was told by the last pediatrician that he may be a diabetic due to a few health issues. We moved before testing could be done. He brushed off my concern and told me that it’s normal. But as I was walking out of the building, the doctor gave me a small cup and told me he has to pee in it and he will test it. We did that. I have been calling since BEFORE CHRISTMAS trying to get in contact with someone regarding the results of this as NO ONE has called or emailed me. I go to the office after the holiday but the office was closed for an extended period of time due to them leaving for the holiday. I have left many voicemails and no one has returned it and no one is taking my call. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. I will not be returning. I don’t understand how morally a parent can address a concern regarding HER CHILD and you as a professional, disregard it. My other issue was regarding my second son. I told him that my son was in physical therapy for 3 years at Childrens Occupational therapy of Ohio. He said he doesn’t look like he needs to be in therapy. However, my son wears custom leg braces for a reason ( I paid over $2000 for them). I get a referral from them to a Doctor who does not even see children!! I am wasting my time.

우선 리셉션 한국 여자선생님 정말 친절하시고요. 송선생님은 설명 많이 해주시고 무심한듯 자상한 스타일이세요. 정말 애기들 많이 아껴주시고 본인 딸들 키웠던 경험으로 잘 알려주세요. 감기 걸렸을때도 워크인으로 가능하고, 약에대해서도 설명 잘해주십니다.

Dr. Song is a wonderful doctor, kind, caring, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients and takes time to teach and explain things. I'm so glad I found him as my son's pediatrician and would recommend him to everyone. His office and staff are prompt, courteous and efficient.

The nurses and doctors there were so kind and impressed with the detailed explanations.

I drive over an hour to take my newborn here. I used to live in Duluth with my firstborn and Dr Song was excellent with him, he doesn’t pressure you to vaccinate, he’s very supportive of breastfeeding, and has a holistic approach for treatment. His prices are reasonable, short wait times, and can book same day if needed. Really all around excellent! Would consider moving back to Duluth just to continue having my kids be seen regularly by Dr song.
