i work in healthcare and let me just say. your staff is genuinely incompetent, and rude. susan, you definitely should quit considering the time i spoke to you, you were so nasty, and then after i called again and spoke to someone nice, you called me back and acted as if you were wanting to be helpful. the other half of the staff does not know anything about healthcare. this office is run like a jail. get some passionate healthcare employees, goodluck. update i spoke to lola (i think thats her name?) and she helped get my referral to another office and she was competent, respectful, and helpful. take notes
Worst customer service. Worst place to visit! Very unprofessional
Do NOT use this location. They call in wrong prescriptions, order unnecessary tests to bill insurance, and cannot keep staff for more than 1 month.
Le doy una estrella porque es obligatorio para poder escribir la reseña, pero ni eso se merecen , cometen errores y luego tienes que pagar por lo que ellos hacen mal 👎
RUN DO NOT TRUST THEM! I used to get amazing care from this place, but now, while the care is thorough, anything they do ends up not being covered by insurance when just a couple of years ago I never had to pay for anything more than my co-pay for office visits with the occasional extra dollars for the labs that are billed by Labcorp. I have been charged $180 for ordering tests (so the provider deciding that I need to be tested), almost $200 for a COVID test when you can get them for free from the government, over $170 for the results of the tests (looking if there is a line or not), and they even charge you for the pulse ox, the little thing they put on your finger, which should be a part of your onboarding process when weighing you and taking your blood pressure. When sending messages through the patient portal, it is a freaking miracle if you get a response within the advertised "2 business days." To add insult to injury I was almost forced to make an appointment for my annual wellness visit (which should be free preventive care), I am now being billed over $200 for something that should be entirely covered by my insurance and at no cost to me (and I checked). It seems like they are coding services in such a way they are not covered by insurance. While you can try to scam my insurance, you will not scam me and I will fight. Every time you call, the same answer another reviewer mentioned: "they will let the billing department know." You cannot talk with anyone from the billing department supposedly because they work from home... While they say they care, they clearly do not... I will be reporting this location to the medical board of georgia and for insurance fraud.
I’ve been coming here for a little over six years. This is great healthcare for women provided by women. If you are looking for a primary office for your healthcare needs you won’t be disappointed. I feel like I’m in good hands no matter who I work with as part of my health care team here!
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. I have been too patient dealing with the billing department and it’s been over 3 months and they are very reluctant to assist you, DESPITE them telling you they would help and that you won’t have to worry about it (they are understaff so save yourself a headache) On one hand, let’s talk about the incompetence. I was seen by a doctor for a yearly preventive check up. If the doctor had taken his time to read the subjective questions thoroughly and recognize the medications, vitamins, etc that I take, he would be able to realize that the lab test he had me do was totally unwarranted because it is NOT COVERED UNDER PREVENTIVE CARE… Fast forward, I end up owing over $200 for the lab test because my insurance doesn’t cover for it. Again, it’s been over 3 months and they keep saying they would assist but to no avail. Even escalating the issue is difficult. Ultimately, communication at this place is ineffective. Save yourself time and go to a different place. Horrible customer service..
Very rude staff. I will not recommend this location to anyone.
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST ORGANIZATION. They don’t accommodate black people. The lady rescheduled my appointment twice. Unprofessional don’t know what she doing at all. Don’t come here if you want proper service.
Great service 👍🏼

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
