This clinic should be shut down. My father had been seeing them previously for an issue with his gout, having to take medication daily. He was getting low but couldn’t get in touch with them. I called numerous times, getting in touch on two different occasions.. including having my pharmacy send multiple refill requests. Having had talked to them and being told the problem was solved, nurse practitioner would be filling them. Now he has been out for days, no response. Pharmacy has heard nothing. I’ll be filling a complaint with BBB.

Have used this practice for years, always a challenge but usually functional. NO LONGER , received positive covid diagnosis and called in repeatedly to be seen and treated, practice barely and poorly communicates and just keep saying good luck with that, if it gets bad go to ER...... well this is my third day in critical care because the are do nothing see nothin hear nothing put their heads in the sand and hope no one sees... Super pathetic

LOVE, LOVE-LOVE this place. They are so attentive but more importantly treat you like you matter and not as a regular patient. My nurse Geli is the best and responds to every message with a solution. Thank you, Primary continue to treat your patients like family.

DON'T waste your time with this place! RUDE, DISHONEST staff. I made an appointment and gave insurance information over the phone. Drove almost 40 minutes to the office and checked-in for the appointment and was turned away because they claim that my insurance carrier is not accepted. Not only did the employee confirm my insurance over the phone, my carrier is listed on the Mason Primary Care website. If you're looking for a good primary care doctor, this is NOT it.

My nurse practitioner was amazing, however the front desk is a mess. Due to them not having operational email I had to make a return visit order to get my insurance documents sent to my HR department. In 2019 it's completely unacceptable...

Do not go here if you need vaccinations. We waited 1.5 hours after our schedule appointment time and was not able to get shots since they don't keep it onsite. I'm sure that's due to budget reasons but should be disclosed when making the appointment. Very poor and disappointing.

If I could give a zero I would. Do not go here if you need vaccines since they don't keep it onsite. This was not disclosed to me when the appointment was made and we did not find out until almost 1.5 hrs AFTER our appointment time when the nurse practitioner walked in. This is poor customer service and a waste of anyone's time.
