Meadow Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

My son has been with meadow pediatrics for four years now . We have had a few instances where because of the lack of attention he has had to go to the hospital. The staff here and nurse was exceptional at one point and provided the best patient service. It has gone downhill. They declined sending my sons authorization to his asthma inhaler when he’s currently sick because they did not want to do their job to verify his insurance was changed. All they needed was authorization he could use it to breathe! Not to mention they sent over the wrong prescription to the pharmacy yesterday! They stated it was an outstanding balance when it is fully covered by insurance and it was because of their negligence of not calling the insurance to verify after the insurance had stated it was cleared. Not once did they call to verify until my son needed the records sent in, AFTER they took the paperwork to be filled out! Complete disgrace and disregard for you children. For a pediatric facility, they should care more about the kids and be more kid friendly . I would definitely thing again before taking your children here.

I no longer take my children to Dr. Sridevi Muthukumar. The reason I'm writing this review is because I received an email from them to vote this Dr the best Dr in NW Atlanta. She is the worst Dr I have ever incounter. Read the bad reviews they are spot on correct. She is extremely rude, dismissive, judgemental. She oversteps her boundaries. One time I briefly stepped out of the room and she ask my daughter a minor if I smoke because the room stinks of cigarettes. I'm not a smoker and how inappropriate is this Dr to feel she can even ask or use the word stink in the same sentence to my child when Ileft the room. She doesn't really do anything for your children except getting paid. If you ask her for something she doesn't listen. She definitely has a seniority complex, I'm better then everyone complex and why is benounced to me. Because she is a terrible Dr. Basic at best. Some of the staff are nice others not so much.The 5 star reviews I feel she asks for. I don't believe for a second they are organic. I have spoken to way to many people that feel the way I do and have nothing nice to say about her. My son and daughters Dr's are amazing that they have now. Don't hesitate to switch Dr. You will be much happier and your children will get better care. They deserve it!

I would highly recommend this practice. I always got the best care for my two daughters. Dr. Kumar is so humble and down to earth and she always attentively listens and answers all the questions with a smiling face. Thank you so much Dr. Kumar!

Great staff, great doctor, nice clean facility with amazing wall art for the kiddos. As a first time mom with a million worries; Meadow pediatrics goes above my expectations. I Highly recommend

Extremely rude and dismissive nurses. Would avoid! I came to the practice after reading all the glowing,positive reviews... However, the curt attitude of the staff when dealing with my autistic son is not appropriate for a pediatricians office. Very disappointing

I advise Dr Kumar is best. My children's have been going to Dr Kumar! She is a great listener and will do her best to help you! She does her best to ease your concerns as well as gives you sound advice. I thoroughly enjoy going to see her and so do my kids! The staff there is also fantastic and so friendly!

Rude front desk/ nurses. Left before even meeting the doctor because of the dismissive, demeaning behavior of the front office and nurse.

We’ve always had a great experience at Meadow Pediatrics. We love Dr Kumar and her staff. She is very caring and attentive at every visit, takes her time to listen to us. Highly recommend!
