Keep calling for months due to my stroke they never sent medicine to pharmacy or anything
GREAT Dr. Peter K Lee, MD
I called to make a appointment the guy that answered my call was rude.I am out of my blood pressure medicine I told him this .He told me I couldn’t be seen before August 16,2018 I told him I have been without them for two weeks already could the Dr. give me enough until my appointment on August 16,2018 he told me no and maybe I need to find a new Dr. How can a medical office say such a thing to a patient.
I've thought about taking my clients to another place.
My mom had two appointments here but both times she was not seen by Dr. Lee. It is to my understanding that she was seen by Mr. Son, the technician or staff assistant. After Mr. Son played doctor the entire appointment, he presented the information to Dr. Lee, who just smiled. Dr. Lee did not even check on my mom. Actually, he did not even greet her. Of course, my mom will not be coming back here. However, she does hope the "professionals" here will change their treatment protocol. Good luck.
I have been a patient at this location for about four years. I have to say that the medical staff, including the lady who draws blood are fantastic. The medical support staff, none which are nurses, but call themselves "nurses" are horrible, especially Alyiah. She is rude, unprofessional, uneducated, dishonest and abrasive. She has been promoted and believes somehow she is now above reproach. When you try to call to lodge a complaint you are told you cannot speak to anyone in a management position until you tell them what the call is for! Front office also horrible. They gossip about patients, violate HIPPA and there is no accountability. There are a couple of support staff who I cannot include in the mess of a staff. They fail to call with results and then lie on the doctor. They fail to call specialists and send them your paper work, causing potential life-threatening, avoidable outcomes and again lie on the doctor. They misplace your orders, won't call in your prescriptions and the LIE again. It is horrible when GREAT doctors and NPCs and PAs have horrible support staff. Nothing is ever done because you cannot get to the person in charge. If you are fortunate enough to speak to a manager they cover for their horrible underlings and also lie for them. IF you don't have patient-centered care as your first priority then the medical field, nor any helping profession should be your goal. I am a medical professional myself and am licensed and if you were to do any of the things that these incompetent people get away with, you would lose your license and possibly face charges. Dr. Lee and Mark and the exchange professionals are caring and knowledgable but you will lose patients if you don't check your staff. How about putting surveys out and giving patients and advocate who is not biased.
No-nonsense type of doctor that will be honest with you and let you know what you need to do to improve your health. No beating-around-the-bush, which I appreciate. Staff is great and although wait times are a little bit long, I was able to get an appointment the same day and felt appreciated.
Ease of appoinment was unexpected and so welcome because I called due to back pain. The office has urgent care capability, x-ray, and other tests available in same building. The x-Ray tech was very knowledgeable. I especially appreciated how he explained things without my having to ask questions and that he encouraged me to ask questions. His bedside manner was exemplary. Dr Lee, too had great bedside manner: listened well and gave me opportunity to ask questions.
The front desk staff is very rude and very disrespectful.
I WILL JUST ECHO WHAT EVERYONE ELSE SAID. I MADE A MISTAKE GOING TO THIS PLACE. I'M REPORTING THEM TO MEDICARE.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
