Husband had surgery 12/10/21 and post op 12/23/21. Today has swollen feet and fever. Called to speak with on call doctor. Staff could not locate his physician in the system so no call. What's up with that mess? Now sitting for 1.5hr at Urgent Care.

I’m very happy with the doctors I’m seeing at this office. Dr. Bui performed an epidural on my back which relieved almost all of my chronic pain. Dr. Lichtenstein is treating my migraines and has also prescribed medication that has helped tremendously. My complaint is that there is usually a long wait. Twice the power went out in the building requiring me to reschedule after waiting over an hour in the waiting room. The ladies who work at the front desks are the reason I didn’t give my review 5 stars. They’re invariably unfriendly and act like it’s an inconvenience for the patients to be there. It’s really difficult for them to be courteous; they just go through the motions of checking patients in.

From the time I arrived to the time I left, everything went quickly, everyone was very nice, and Scott was excellent!! I even mentioned how calm it was in the waiting room, full of people. Excellent!

Dr. Bui and his team literally changed my life. I had suffered with severe neck and back pain for over 15 years and had been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I had excepted my condition and given up hope. When I started having numbness in my right arm and couldn’t lift my arm above shoulder, I realize something could be wrong. After the first x-ray showed a herniated disc in my neck.. The physician assistant immediately suggested a disc replacement surgery. I was hesitant and didn’t want to have surgery. Once I met Dr. Bui he put my mind at ease and describes the surgery in a straightforward manner that gave me comfort and hope of a life without pain. I had my surgery in July 2021. I only missed eight days of work. I was shocked at how quick my recovery was and how much more range of motion I have in my neck. Dr. Bui and his staff are excellent surgeons and real pioneers in the field minimally invasive Surgery with remarkably quick recovery times. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Bui for healing my neck and helping me realize a pain-free life.
