The staff of Piedmont Ugent Care on Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth for both of my visits were professional and friendly, and PA-C Galgal is knowledgeable and great at communicating any procedures performed and answering any questions. One of her best attributes is putting her patient at ease.

I've been a nurse for over 20 years, so there are always things that I pay attention to when I seek medical assistance & they passed with flying colors. The cleanliness of the facility, professionalism of everyone I encountered, the exceptional bedside manner, the attention to care & detail, & most importantly effective, timely communication. Kudos to Ms. Bridgette & the staff!!

The staff here were amazing. They were super sweet and very attentive. I felt very cared for from the moment I walked in. From the front desk all the way to meeting with the doctor I felt like wow everyone here is so nice! It was very clean as well.

This is the second time I've been to the Duluth location on Pleasant Hill and the staff was wonderful! They were extremely thorough, Bridget the NP was so helpful and made sure I had the best care possible, and Alicia took great care of me (as usual).

All the staff here was wonderful here from Tabitha front desk. To Mr. Kimami took care of me carrying me everywhere thanks, and Ms. Islam galgal she answered so many questions, and my doctor who carefully checked everything Dr. Jin. Keep up the fantastic work you all do to take care of us. Blessings
