Front desk staff is not helpful with questions. The doctor I saw was not empathetic and dismissed all my concerns about not switching medications that had previously been helping. Another doctor on a previous visit did not explain or discuss with me the referrals to the hospital for tests or next steps of treatment.

Very overall good experience. People were very nice and service was fast and efficient!

Doctors are really good but people at the front desk are extremely rude and with no respect. Please train them how to treat people in civilized manner.

I’m done. This place has been my main doctor for 15 plus years and the only thing that kept me going was that the doctors are great. But I give up. The reception sucks and are RUDE! it’s been like this for YEARS. they never answer the phone, they use paper filing, they are so old school and disorganized. Who is in charge of all the things that go behind the scene here? The billing department sends you a bill, never answers email or calls. They keep billing me for a Motor Vehicle Accident check up when I consistently told them to contact and bill my attorney. It’s a money grab here, they don’t care about health, they just want to milk the most money from your insurance company. When did healthcare become profit care???

오 제발 리셉션에서 일하시는 아주머니 좀 바꾸시길. 무슨 말도 안되는 의학 지식으로 환자한테 설명을 하지를 않나 표면 세척제를 공중에 뿌리지를 않나. 무식하면 다른 사람 말이라도 좀 듣던지 아님 배우던지 하세요. 병원 리셉션에서 일하는 사람이 제대로 모르면서 환자한테 의사나 간호사 마냥 설명하면 어떡합니까? ———————- 답글 보고 다시 답니다. Lysol 세정제를 뿌리는걸 봤는데 뭐라구요??? 웃겨서 진짜.

I’ve been to this place for a couple of appointments. But I don’t like the dismissiveness behavior you receive from the front desk members. I called before I made my commute to this office. And stop with someone and she advised me that I could come. Amongst my arrival they tell me that they are too full to come back around 2pm. I advised her that I won’t be able to just come back. She spoke with another Korean woman and she gave a nonchalant response as if I don’t care. ~ I won’t be returning

So busy so many people's. If you have no job you can go visit and just wait 2 hours to see a doctor or more??? They are too busy to handle customers. Terrible
