Sage Dental Of Johns Creek's Online Review Report Card

I accompanied my Dad here before Christmas for a dental checkup & possible partial dentures—he is 94 years old! While he is hard of hearing he comprehends well…none of the staff introduce themselves to us & explain what they are doing or ask us what we prefer—they talk to each other but not directly to the patients! No dental cleaning was done because they recommend “deep cleaning” only (with additional fee)! Measurements were done for partial dentures & was told that they will call when this arrives—-no call whatsoever came back from the clinic to this date! I will never come back to this place!!!

Most unpersonable experience. No one introduce themselves and there was no feeling of friendliness with anyone I came in contact with at this office. the only thing they talked about was being “hardcore” and making money. Very rough on the filling/ drilling they did to my teeth and not once did I feel like they truly cared about the wellbeing of my teeth. If you want to go to a place where all they care about is money and not patients this place is it. Will not be baCk again.

Front desk people are lovely and friendly. Recently a new dentist at this office. I miss the previous dentist. New dentist was not friendly and did not take any time to talk to me. I will probably need to find another office to go to. This will make me miss the staff at the front desk.

Front desk ladies are wonderful but the doctor was awful. He did want to give me the time of day. His bed side manner was terrible and he was not helpful. Would not recommend this location. Two stars are for the two wonderful ladies at the front.

I came to this office after calling the other Sage Dental leaving messages with no response. I called corporate and they connected me with this branch. I have an abscess and I was trying to get some teeth removed. I turned in all paperwork before my appointment. When I got there I have to give them my insurance card again. After an hour I was told that I couldn't be seen today because the system did recognize my insurance information. I missed work and my mouth is still hurting. The office staff were very nice and they couldn't help the situation. What a waste!

Dentist and assistants communicate well and do a great job. I am highly nervous with dental work, they are patient. Now the office is disorganized. Nobody notified me the Duluth office closed. I discovered when I tried to call. Who treats their faithful customers like this? I've had a few appointments rescheduled. But now I've gotten to know the dentist, I think he is skilled and a good communicator. I'm staying with Sage for the next round.

Great customer service and great dental care

Terrible customer service. When you call they will hang up on you, and show you surprise bills.

I have been asking for refund of credit I have on my account for 10 months now. I've asked at least 5 times via phone call or visiting the office but no refund yet.... I'm ready to contact BBB. Endo-work and doctors were nice but a hygenist would ridiculously overcharge every single items and pursue for deep cleaning even if not needed. 2 stars for doctors. I wouldn't recommend this place or them. *Update - after leaving a few messages on Patient QA dep, finally got a call to get refund processing within severals days. So it's been over 2 months now, still no refund...

Front desk staff have nasty attitudes and company lies about specials to get you in the door to try to upsell…. Please don’t go to any type of dental chains likes this that advertise heavily and lure you in with incredibly low priced specials!
