Shifa clinic team is very helpful, sincere , good hospitality, doctors are professional , honest. They took good care of my case . I highly recommend it .I had a great experience specially for people uninsured God bless them all. Students there are very promising.

I went for PCR test on December 28, and didn't get the report yet, (January 5) when I called the office, they gave me a number to call for the results, is it my job to call for the results, clinic staff said we are short handed, so why you do the advertisement.

The lead doctor here Dr Rehan is a terrible person, does not know how to respectfully treat their staff and students.

I LOVE THIS CLINIC!!!! BEST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!! all the volunteers are professional and polite the doctors are amazing!! I truly recommend everyone to go to this amazing clinic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

New manager Dr. Abu Raihan made it a hell already with poor appointment management. He is not a practicing doctor though, just a manager. Last week he send back my family since she did not have a prior appointment. Today she had an appointment but lots of walk-in patients came after her and saw doctors several hours earlier than her while she was in line. Unbelievable mismanagement. If you guys think it’s a free service and you guys are doing a favor to us and we deserve this kind of behavior then stop your service. It was started as a service from religious point of view. If you offer pain to visiting patients, you are loosing both service and peaceful religion of Islam. I used to recommend Shifa Clinic to lots of friends and families before. I would recommend to replace this manager. Or train him properly before putting him in charge.
