I was 30 minutes early for my appointment, and they started on me 45 minutes late. There were three receptionist at the front desk and no one even spoke to me, until i got up to ask if I should do anything. They acted surprised as if I hadn't been there for 40 minutes, they seemed to be having more personal conversations instead seeing they had a customer. Then I finally got to the back and had to wait another 15 minutes before my massage started. The masseuse was talking on their cell phone and massaging me with one hand. I'm disappointed in the service and won't be back.

Gave this place a try because it was close to my home and they were running a new patient special. It had pros and cons. Dr. Sam was really nice and answered all of my questions. She also gave me a really good adjustment. However, I didn't enjoy the joint orientation class that I was put through prior to being adjusted. I only care for the 1:1 experience and learning about my body. I dont personally care to learn about spines other than my own nor do I care for quizzes. Ultimately, I loved the doctor just not the new patient process.

I've been a patient for over 3 years. The improvement in quality of life can't be quantified. As someone who believes in chiropractic as a foundational wellness measure I highly recommend... 100% Chiropractic Dunwoody.

This AMAZING team of chiropractic service physicians helped to align and adjust my spine back to its natural state. I have had multiple car accidents and work-related injuries in the past, and I was having chronic back pains for YEARS!!! My neck and back pains have RESOLVED, and I am able to dance again like I used to! They are a skilled practice group and you won't go wrong joining this membership. They really treat you like family and actually show they care!!! Love Dr. Sam, Dr. Melodie, Dr. Julian, Dr. Legend, Journee, Taylor, and Khalid.

This company is a complete scam. I had a Groupon to get an adjustment and a 60 minute massage. I was able to reschedule my adjustment minutes before my appointment with no problems, but when I called to reschedule my massage due to having to care for my newborn, they would not allow it. Instead they told me I would have to forfeit my massage because I did not contact them 24 hours before to reschedule. They claim to be a family, but this is not how you treat family Dr. Sam. This policy is extremely flawed and I'm appalled by this. I do not recommend this place as they can't even accommodate you in your requests to reschedule due to emergencies. By the way, I was not informed until the day before that I had 24 hours to reschedule my massage. Even though Dr. Sam claimed that someone explained this to me when I arrived. This was not the case you can ask Journee- she did not inform me of this in the beginning. Neither did the woman who adjusted me.

Beware!!! Purchased Groupon that says Massage, adjustment and Xrays. Called told them I was only interested in massage. Lady on phone scheduled me. I go in fill out unnecessary forms, get a tour of the property and get forced into a Xray. Then whem I ask about my massage he proceeded to tell me I need to schedule it after my xrays are viewed by doctor. Then of course you are forced into actually paying ridiculous amounts for massage and adjustments. FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS BEST I will give them that.

I've been to maybe 2 other chiropractors before coming into this practice and I was thoroughly impressed. The office has an upbeat and inviting feel to it. The humans inside are top notch - from the receptionists to the doctors. I really loved being educated on the basics of how your spine should be/look like compared to my personal images. I feel like this is the first practice that has offered therapy that you can do outside of the office as well by the form of "traction" devices. This place is absolutely fantastic.

These women and men take wonderful care of my neck! They take comprehensive Xrays before performing any adjustments and work with times during the week to continue treatment. I Love Dr. Marleny and Dr. Sam very much for listening and offering a different answer than prescribing drugs!

Great place to come get adjusted. Staff is super friendly and COVID conscious. Very informed

To say that I am obsessed with the staff and their care is understatement.
