I went to this dentist for a cleaning on the 4th of March 2026. I was given A bill that I pay $360 i was told that was the amount that I would have to pay once. My insurance paid the other half. I got a bill for another $300 dollars. They saying the first bill was an estimate this place is a scam. Do not go there, they will tell you one price. And when you leave, they will send you a bill for another. I am calling the BBBand I will be filing a congressional complain do not go to this dentist.You will be Scamed

“Flip The Script” Yesterday the Dental Assistant (Me) at Dr Ojibways other office in Marietta had a dental issue that was taken care of in our sister office in Dunwoody. The care received was above the top! Dr. Dhankhar is top notch with the most caring bedside manner ever. Sabra my assistant is stunning! The Team from the front to the back is top tier! I’m so super proud to be apart of this Company! From Dunwoody to Marietta there is no one I trust more for my dental care! Thank you for the masterpiece extraction and implant placement Dr Dhankhar! as most businesses do, they claim to have a 15 minute grace period for your appointment time. My daughter was 11 minutes late and they said they would have to see whether or not they could keep the appointment. I called and was told yes, there's a 15 minute grace period, "but if she's 11 minutes late, that's 11minutes they could be working on someone else's teeth.". If you're cramming in patients that closely together, it's obvious you're all about making money. I know that to be the case because they told my 16 year old son he needed $10K of cosmetic work done. His teeth are fine but it made him very self conscious. if you're looking for a dentist to keep your teeth healthy, go somewhere else. if you want cosmetic work don Botox, etc I'm sure they're great. Just be prepared to pay top dollar.

One of the best experiences I've had at a dentist. They communicate their findings well and take the time to do everything from anesthesia to fixing cavities properly.

I love this practice! The people that work here are all amazing! Dr Angela Ojibway always has my best interests in mind.

Outstanding Patient Service.... Last night I had a temporary crown break at dinner and was able to reach Dr. Ojibway after hours... She arranged to meet me at her office first thing this morning. 5 stars isnt even good enough, wish I could give them 10! From the second I walked into the door I felt like I had been there for years. Warm greetings from everyone who I spoke too. All my questions and concerns were addressed 100%. I usually hate going to the dentist but each hygienist and Dr made the entire visit painless and comforting. Very awesome experience! Can't wait to go back! 🙂

⭐ 0 STARS — ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with Dunwoody Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. It has been over THREE MONTHS since I completed my Invisalign treatment, and I am STILL waiting on the retainer that was included in the package I PAID FOR in full. I have called their office countless times, gone in person multiple times, and every single time I am promised a callback or a follow-up — but guess what? No one EVER follows up. No one EVER calls. It’s like once they’ve gotten your money, they completely ghost you. This is not just bad service — it’s negligent and unprofessional. Retainers are essential after Invisalign to prevent your teeth from shifting, and now I am terrified that years of dental work and thousands of dollars are about to be ruined — because of THEIR complete lack of accountability. To make things worse, they initially tried to upsell me an unnecessary retainer, conveniently failing to mention that one is already included in my treatment package. And when I insisted on what I had already paid for, suddenly no one picks up the phone, no one responds, no one helps. Let me be clear: ❌ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ❌ ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY ❌ WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. I sincerely hope you read this before stepping foot into this place. Go literally anywhere else — save your money, time, and peace of mind.
