Dr. Keim and his entire staff are awesome. I’ve been to dental offices in Georgia and Ohio. Dr. Keim has a calming, easy spirit. His dental assistant today was awesome as well. Dr. Keim extracted a tooth today that had been a problem for months. I was a nervous wreck. Dr. Keim was great!!!!!!!! Thank you

About 5 years ago, I had a succession of very bad dentistry. I had 2 root canals done which in turn failed and fractured. I was referred to this dr because the teeth needed removed (that's a whole other story that's been resolved out of court and part of the settlement included a gag order but I can assure you the Dr is no longer even in this state). Due to extreme pain from the fractures, I opted for the nitris oxide and before I knew it the Dr came in with the novocaine shot. I don't know if youve ever had a fractured tooth or teeth but I literally wanted to die it was so bad. So the Dr put the needle in the hot spot (both teeth needing removed were side by side). I yelled from the pain but at the same time I was so high from the nitris that I didn't even realize it and this man grabbed me by my shoulder and told me to shut my mouth because there were other patients in his office. Of course I snapped to and was appalled by what he had done. I literally cried after he left the room and the nurse certainly didn't look surprised. I started calling him names that I never even knew I knew to the nurse or dental assistant that was attending to me and you know what? She agreed with me! This woman agreed. This man is a quack POS and I wish him nothing but bad luck in his life.

I’m dissatisfied with service here. Although employees here seem nice, the service is extremely slow. Had an appointment at 1:00 and when I arrived the wait room was pretty crowded. It seemed that people there had been waiting for a while. An hour later people finally are being called back but it seemed people who arrived after me were getting called first. After about the third person, I got up to ask about how long it’d be and was told a few more minutes they’re waiting for a room. Maybe 15 minutes later we’re finally called back and seen by the nurse for vitals. Here it is two hours later have yet to be seen by the doctor for the consultation we came for. I’m beyond annoyed.

Dr. Paul Keim and his team did a great job on removing wisdom teeth for both of my teenage boys on the same day. It was thorough, clean, convenient, in network, friendly and I got all prescriptions in advance for my convenience. We were in and out in under 2 hours for 2 kids totalling 8 wisdom teeth with iV sedation. I received all pre and post op instructions verbally, in writing and video. Each assistant said please call if YOU need or want anything. No pain so far and no confusion. Thanks to all of you.
