Hi. This is a long shot but well worth it. In the year 2000 Dr Echols was my ob/ gyn in NJ. During my pregnancy I was diagnosed with Acustic Neuroma. If she had not been there with me through out the entire pregnancy I honestly would have been lost, she is a magnificent lady!! My daughter that she delivered is now 22, healthy as am I all thanks to DR. ECHOLS. I have been trying to reach her some way to try to talk to her and would love her to meet my daughter virtually! Dr Echols is my HERO

Dr. Echols spends a lot of time at the hospital delivering babies so it isn’t often that she is in the office. However, I did meet her earlier in my pregnancy because I was instructed to go to the hospital because of abdominal pain. At the time I went to the hospital she happened to be there and tended to me. She was attentive to my concerns and offered her suggestions. I went to my regular appointment at the office today and she happened to be there and completed the appointment herself. I’m in the 38th week and we discussed typical end of pregnancy and hospital things the day of delivery. She was positive, light-hearted, & attentive to my concerns. All of the staff in the office are always pleasant. I doubt I have another kid but, if I do I’ll go back to Dekalb OBGYN Affiliates

My experience is the same as the others that gave one stars. I'm not sure if it's because I have Medicaid or what but I truly didn't feel heard or valued in what my wishes were. I'm a previous elected caesarean mom that wanted to push this time and was denied the option claiming all these risks that never became a risk for me. Having multiple midwives was a disservice because none of them were on the same accord of my chart. And only seeing dr Echols 2 times my entire pregnancy just made me feel like a chore . I'm never going back to this practice and if you value your doctor knowing you and you getting to know them you'd pic another doctor.

Throughout my wife’s whole pregnancy Dr. Echols was never there, for appointments nor delivery, my wife tells me every appointment a new midwife sees her. They also waited till she was 9 months pregnant to tell her that she should deliver at north side because Dr Echols has more coverage there? So we did and Dr. Echols never arrived for the delivery or after either. DO NOT GO TO HER SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BABY!!!!!!!!!

All of the staff, nurses, and the OB are providing excellent services that meet my needs and I’m truly blessed for all the care. My OB is Dr. Echols and she delivered my first baby, so for me she’s the best!

My girlfriend came here for her pregnancy and the experience is garbage! she talks to so many midwives and they even tell her to go to north side hospital! we tried to get a prenatal massage and we needed a note from dr echols saying it was okay and she couldn’t even provide that for us so my girlfriend is in constant discomfort!!! i do not recommend this place on my worst enemy!!!!!
