Terrible customer service!! I had a consultation and qualified to be a good candidate to receive 6 Emsculpt treatments. I followed ALL of the requirements and recommendations. After spending over $2500, I had NO change to my abdominal area. I went back in for a post procedure consultation and to share my concern with Cindy, the manager. She treated me horribly and tried to make it seem like I was lying. My waist measurements were the same at the consultation and at the 3 month post appointment. Numbers font lie. I would NOT recommend this day spa and would advise for anyone questioning the Emsculpt procedure and any other service from this establishment, to find another spa that values you as a customer and doesn't just take your money!!

I love this place. So relaxing, the hydro facial is my favorite!! I try to come as much as I can since I noticed such an improvement on my skin! I’ve always struggled with acne but I’ve noticed when I get my facials done here I don’t have as many flare ups! Thank you for all you do VIO ❤️

I receive such an amazing monthly facials from both Emma and Mysha. They’re both so educated and passionate, you can’t leave without looking or feeling better. I’m thinking about starting the Semaglutide next!

Emma has helped transform my skin!! I came to her after experiencing breakouts from going off birth control and from the very beginning, she has taken a personalized, consultative approach to my hormonal acne. Recommending an elimination diet, lifestyle tweaks, supplements, and even what to talk to my primary doctor about, she goes above and beyond just an aesthetician. I have experienced aestheticians who are too aggressive with my skin and take a one-size-fits-all method. In this case, she has gradually added on and tested with a long-term mindset, not promising a quick fix but being committed to the journey that hormonal acne is. Most recently, I got the glo2 facial that was so enjoyable during, left my skin feeling like it was brand new, and had amazing long-lasting results. Emma has so much knowledge that you can tell this is truly her passion and she loves what she does, telling me the why to how things work and answering all of my questions. She has brought back my confidence in my skin while also becoming a new friend! I would absolutely recommend anyone to go to her for preventative care, treatment, or if you’re in need of a pamper!
