Got an appointment online on a Saturday afternoon only one hour in advance. We went to the place on time for check in. A nurse called us about 10 minutes after the appointment time. She checked on us right away. But, then, we waited inside the spacious exam room for a good 45 min before the nurse practitioner came. She gave us a diagnosis and prescription. Referred us two pharmacies (Walmart and CVS) about 15-20 min. Drive away that would open late on a Saturday. We used one of them and was able to picked the antibiotics when we got there. We haven't seen the bill yet. Other than the long wait inside the exam room, everything else is good!

Everyone was kind, quick, and helpful! There is a different Piedmont Urgent Care location closer where I live, but I will be driving out of my way to go to this location in the future because I was taken care of so well. Thank you!

They charged me $398 for just the visit. Claimed it was a new patient fee. If you have never been here before, be wary of this insane fee. Staff was friendly though. Just wish I had been made aware of this fee before I went there.
