Best urgent care I've ever been to. Always fast and friendly!

This is not an urgent care! Came in after being sick for week and a half came as urgent care. Filled out all my info and after waiting and hour and forty five minutes asked when I might be seen and they told me there were 10 patients in front of me

Great place to go! Long wait but understandable with everything going around right.

The staff treated us like family! My son was scared to be tested but the medical assistant was so sweet and won him over. Yes, we did have a wait but with Covid and Flu going around that is to be expected. I love being able to register online and they texted me when it was close to out turn!

i had the best of experiences with my urgent care visit. I signed up online, was notified of wait time and when I could come inside. The place was spotless, the staff super friendly and caring. They called me a couple of days later to see how I was doing. Definitely will recommend.

I would rate this business a zero if Google allowed it. I took my child here because she had been sick with a cold. She was sick several days. The nurse practitioner, Dara Carroll not even a doctor on site suggested I purchase over the counter cough medication for a sick 7 year old. Mind you I drive 30 miles one way to the location and waited hours for an appointment then an additional 45 minute wait in an empty lobby. That was yesterday after! Today my child is sicker and on over the counter medication since last Friday. Today is Wednesday. All this place wanted to do was push covid tests and possible covid vaccines for incentives! Worst Urgent Care ever! I should of drive to the ER in Jasper which is Piedmont not some fly by night urgent care with no pediatric training or bedside manner!!!!!!!!

We sent my mother here who was having an irregular heart rate. It was an hour to the hospital. So it was not safe for her to continue to drive. When she got there they made her wait in the waiting room. I am a nurse of 20 years. I called and spoke with Alaska who said she had been a nurse since the beginning of the year. I asked Alaska did she know my mother was in waiting room and did she know she had just had a heart Cath and appear to be in an irregular heart rate going down to the 30s with lightheadedness. She said yes she knew this but she was still several people in front of her in line to be seen. I asked Alaska if this was standard that a splinter would go before a cardiac patient with cardiac symptoms who is coming to them for help. She said that is correct they go by the queue and she was fourth in the queue. I asked Alaska are you sure you don’t want to tell your nurse practitioner or doctor that is there that this patient is there with these complaints to see if you should take them before any other patients that are less serious. And she said no she goes by the queue. I want to let you know I will not let this go. My mother is now leaving the waiting room with my step father driving down to the hospital an hour away to be seen.

Took my son there tonight and the staff was awesome! Thankful for the late hours they are open and I'll be using them from now on.

You cannot ask for a better facility as an emergent care. The N.P Kerri is awesome with great bedside manners. I cannot say that about any of the other emergent cares here in Gilmer County. She does not sugarcoat things either and I think that is great to just go and tell you what’s wrong and try the best to fix it and then send you home to get better. The whole office staff was awesome and very pleasant individuals to deal with. For you folks that are complaining about the wait maybe you should go try to sit in the emergency room here recently and see how long you’ll have to wait there. You should be more understanding that these offices are overrun with folks due to Covid and other issues and the staff is doing all they can and probably are dealing with short staffed offices which is not their fault. So maybe the next time you visit here be more understanding and polite to the staff because you do not know what they are having to deal with on a day-to-day basis with all of this crazy pandemic stuff still going on and people not able to work and even maybe possibly staff members being sick. I will definitely visit again and hope I get the same staff. Thanks again to nurse practitioner Kerri and her wonderful staff for taking good care of me.

My husband was seen here , N.P. Dara was very competent, caring, we are so happy that this facility is here in Ellijay especially when you can't get an appointment with your regular doctor. Highly reccomend.
