I have no complaint about Dr Kidwi, but the staff is another story. It’s almost impossible to get a refill on my mom’s medication. The pharmacy contacts them several times and I have to call them over and over. I leave messages and can’t get them to respond. This is getting very irritating. Looks like another Dr may be needed. This happens Every time she needs refills!

Unfortunately i wish i could rate doctors and staff differently because i never had a issue with any doctor from here but the women that answers in what I think is home office lord she has no apathy for the sick as soon as she answered today she said i do not have any appointment for today or tomorrow she didn’t even ask let me ask i felt like dont bother me i am too busy probably doing nothing how sad how unfortunate

Too bad I can't do zero stars. I was happy with the Dr. here but the office staff are pretty much horrible, uncaring and virtually worthless. Good luck getting anyone on the phone and IF you somehow win the lottery and do get someone it is likely they will be completely unhelpful and disinterested.

No matter how sick your child is, it is almost impossible to get any nurse on the line, or to receive a call back when you leave a message. The answering service says you will receive a call back the same day yet it never happens.
