Blush Dental Studio's Online Review Report Card

Soon after leaving your office I described my visit to a friend like this: Blush Dental Studio. The office is impressive, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, the doctor was pleasant and took the time to explain the situation. This is the best dental office I have visited since I left California. I think I found my dental home. Then I searched for an Endodontist as suggested by your resident dentist. I finally found an office that had a contracting Endodontist. But first I had to be cleared by their lead dentist. Dr. Tina Sampat examined me and told me she saw no reason not to replace the filling. She replaced the filling in about 5 minutes, charged me a minimal fee and I left the office. She encouraged me to return if I experienced any issues. I think I'll wait to see how things turn out.

Very informative the office looks very well and they do a good job

My experience today was quick, precise and the cleaning very thorough. Each process was explained and recommendations given on how to keep a healthier mouth & minimize bacteria. Thank you, Sha-Ron! Your kindness and professionalism is greatly appreciated

Everyone at Blush Dental Studios is and nice, I’ve really been treated fairly and respectful. My hygienist Sha’Ron was amazing as well. I’ll definitely return for future treatment.

Excellent Staff and Doctors

Excellent first visit! The staff and doctor were all so kind, friendly, and professional. The dental assistant who took my X-rays was very gentle and made me feel comfortable. I also loved that they explained everything clearly and provided my treatment plan and costs upfront. The office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I definitely recommend this office!

I called to schedule an appointment today and was told my account has been deactivated because it’s been 5 years since I last was in there.. then the young lady who called me back also mention looks like something happened back then and unfortunately we are not able to provide you service.. it looks like your going to have to find somewhere else to go… and I asked was that per Dr. Carter and if so if I could have her give me a call to elaborate and she said noooo all while having this tone of sassiness… I looked for another number to try and reach Dr. Carter because I wanted to know if this was from her or the staff member who clearly has an issue with me… but I wasn’t trying to come to there cook out.. this is money and business nothing more or less.. if you want to be respected to have to respect others.. however my insurance goes statewide so I’m cool with that but I just want to hear it from the Dr… to see if she condones this or is unaware… so I left a review last time so I’m leaving one now to see if I get a response. I did get a response but I don’t know if it was the dentist or not but they basically said so long… I also read other reviews and I see a lot of people had very similar interactions from the staff… the cover up for the unprofessionalism of the front office staff is ridiculous… whether it was the dentist or just another one of the staff members who have decided to uphold the wrongdoing of there coworker and try to push the blame off on me is fine…what I do know that any business that pushes away business to cover up and try to justify the personal issue one of the staff members has against me .. is fine.. they think their position is safe.. but know AI is taking over and picking up another person’s trash makes them a trash collector… and I throw trash away… I don’t keep it. So thanks for the inspiration to find a more suitable facility to accommodate and meet my needs..

The good is that the dentist is amazing, professional, polite.. the bad is her staff.. it's a bunch of immature poor judgement disrespectful younger group of females that think they are able to speak to others anyway they choose because they have chosen to do business with the location where they work. They are untruthful vengeful and choose to allow their personal feelings override their professionalism. They feel it's okay to give attitude to patients spending their money and then in return when you match their energy on a adult level want to then try and label the patient and refuse service when in fact it was the staffs display of unruly sneaky behavior that caused the entire problem... fact of the matter, people can only pretend to be someone else with someone who doesn't actually know who they really are and will do anything to try and protect a false image... My experience with this company was not all bad but it does outweigh the good.
