This woman is horrible!!!!!!!Dr. Fowlkes and her mule Monique are the absolute worst people I have ever met in my life, so rude and very unprofessional. They should not be working for no one, let alone around children. Fowlkes should have been retired because her attitude is horrible and I will never send my children back to this place. I am going above everybody head about this! If I could give them no star I definitely would. Do not send your kids to this place!!!!!!!!!!!

I WAS ONCE HER PATIENT AS A CHILD. AND NOW I HAPPY AND GRATEFUL SHE IS MY KIDS DOCTOR!! LISTENS, UNDERSTANDS, COMMUNICATES WITH YOU. GOES OUT OF THE WAY TO ESTABLISH A RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU AND YOUR CHILD. ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR. FOWKLES-CALLINS!!
