The (-) comments below only make me want to do more than what I thought I was capable of/already doing. Service and respect is first. I Apologize to anyone that felt I was unprofessional. One of the worst locations y’all have. Very unprofessional and the females always have nasty attitudes all the time ! THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST GRADY LOCATION !!!!!!

To be honest, I do believe that this particular location is very unprofessional from the time u walk in. When u first walk in the 1st receptionist/staff member at the desk doesn't even speak to you.. doesn't say ' Can I help you or anything?!' so you're literally standing there until the receptionist/staff member on the other side of the wall acknowledge you and finally ask ' Can I help you?'. The atmosphere is very nonchalant and unwelcoming.

This is a satellite location in East Point. I used to see a doctor here years ago but have since just used the main hospital.I have mostly used this location for pharmacy purposes. This location is strict with enforcing social distancing and covid restrictions.Upon entering the premises your temperature us taken. You are then asked at the door the reason for your visit. The pharmacy has a number system that runs pretty quickly. Most of the time there is one associate at the window, sometimes two.The associate that I see every time I visit is the nicest person. She has a pleasant demeanor and is very professional. Although I have had to wait for my medicine, I have never waited longer than maybe 25 minutes. It's pretty much in and out as far as I'm concerned.This location is extremely convenient and affordable. I love it.

This place is amazing. The lady on the pharmacy is sweet soul. And if there's an issue she will help with it.

Pharmacy sucks!!!No one called me for my prescription. No one answers the phone. Will be sending my prescriptions somewhere else.

I miss going here. They did so much more for me with no surprise bills even though my insurance was extremely limited. I could get my test results over the phone or in the app (where I'm going now, I have to make an appt just so they can charge me again for the visit). They always had my meds right there in office and they really treated me like a whole person.

The phone conversation was enough for me. Very poor customer service skills. Being a place that handles pregnant women, unborn children you would think to have a more caring person answering the phone. Maybe someone who can give a little more detail besides yes and no.

Believe these reviews I have never been treated so poorly in my life!!! The nurses ( one in particular named Monique) have nasty attitudes, instead of trying to listen she wants to yell at me in a lobby full of ppl!! I love Grady but this clinic needs to do better!

This clinic has way more pros than cons! It’s clean, well run, and convenient/easy to get to. The staff is courteous and professional. The rooms are well lit and clean. I’m uninsured at the moment so having this clinic is wonderful. Take full advantage of this clinic if you need health services.
