Scheduling an appointment can be tricky. The whole 'stand in line before dawn' thing is a hassle. But the staff is great! Jasmine was very professional.

Staff was great. They were extremely busy with all the tests. Highly recommend taking an appointment as walk in for a Covid test can be difficult sometimes. Appointments open at 7am for the day of and next day. Very easy to make appointment. They were running a tad behind but taking double the patients for the day. My appointment was at 715pm and i was in by 7:30 and out by 7:45.

I came to get a PCR because I was experiencing symptoms and they took care of me and helped me quickly! Jasmine was nice and friendly! Andres swabbed me and it didn’t hurt at all! Saniya discharged me quickly! The provider was great and informative. I will always come here for my urgent care needs.

My only problem with this visit was I think the staff should have someone continuously sanitizing the lobby area. I was afraid that I could contract it from someone who was also came for a test. I did not get the name but one of the admins was exceptional. She kept us informed.

The only gem during this visit was the young lady with the ponytail working as the receptionist. Other than her this visit was horrible. I brought my friend here at 11:40am. They called him back to room 6 at 130. He wasn't seen by a doctor until 3:00pm. My friend legitimately had a hole in his head. I WOULDN'T recommend this place.

Jania & Carla were excellent!! They were so kind and treated me with excellent customer service! Job well done!! Mariah was also a fantastic blessing as my doctor! Her smile added joy to me! Merry Christmas to this fantastic staff, in JESUS Mighty name!!! They took good care of me!
