This is a great place where my love receives great patient care and they have a wonderful patient advocate that comes on Tuesdays and Thursdays that make sure my love one is taken care of!!!!!

My dad ended up passing away after having to be moved from this facility due to neglect. He was sent here to recover, instead it was a death sentence for him. Do not put your loved ones in this place.

This place is despicable! If I could give this facility less than one star, I would. Majority of the nursing staff and doctors are very rude and unprofessional. People in the medical profession are usually caring and compassionate but the staff here does not possess these qualities.

Terrible. I arrived in the ER with heart palpitations. After sitting in the lobby for 6 hours and having a couple of tests done they sent me home with some prescriptions. I was still having heart palpitations. They didn’t give me any kind of medication while I was there. I went to this hospital because of heart problems and 6 hours later they sent me home in the exact same condition. Please don’t come here.

Select is a great place to bring your love ones . The care of the nurses and staff are great. But was so awesome was the patient advocacy GiGi that comes around ask how can I help you today do I need anything. And make sure my needs are meet that’s GiGi and select staff.

WARNING! Do not put your loved one in this facility! My dad left there today, having been severely neglected. He was dirty, had scabbed bed sores, and the side of his face was swollen as a complication of his chest tube and no one noticed until his wife demanded answers! He is recovering from covid and if we left him here, I don’t want to think about the outcome!

My wife had a miserable experience at this location during her stay. She would often be unattended for hours covered in bile, she would address people to let them know there was an issue and the buck would always be passed off. They did not communicate willingly with me about her updates, even after speaking with multiple people at multiple levels addressing our concerns. One of the Drs admitted they weren’t advanced enough to handle her current issues and sent her back to her original facility with a huge misdiagnosis that scared us all terribly for no reason. A few nurses and staff were a joy to be around, that is the only reason they went to 2 stars rather than 1. Find another facility if you have the opportunity.
