Went in for blood work and been promised my Rx to be called in for 3 days now. Every time I call office they tell me they are going to call in in. Now I have to go though the whole weekend without my medication. Here lately it seems like Dr Jones’s office wants to take ppls money and leave them hanging. Don’t waste your time here. Staff won’t do their job.😡😡😡

I will never go back to see her and her staff is very rude and the doctor knew that her staff did so.. she is all about milking your insurance and doesn’t care about her patients

Hands down the best doctor I have ever seen in my life. She is absolutely brilliant.

When you first walk into her office it is dirty and smells terrible. She has the most unprofessional and rudest staff I have ever met. Its impossible to get in with her when youre sick and impossible to get refills from them. They are very unhelpful and just all mad that they have to be at work. Dr Jones always talkes about what a genius she thinks she is. She curses every other word. The rooms are unclean and the staff members even smell and look unclean. I will never go back to this office.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a Drs office EVER The staff is incompetent and rude and as far as the DR is concerned its obvious that she needs to retire. My wife and I will NEVER set foot in that disaster of a medical practice again.
