Awesome office visit! Dr. Poullard was amazing, listening to and addressing all of my concerns, the technician (and student) were also great! And Paula was amazing, going above and beyond when I called back to check the status of a prescription that the pharmacy said they didn't receive... she took the time to call them directly and then call me back with an update! All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional! On my first visit, I gave 4 (out of 5) stars on Google because of the long wait time, but this visit was the total opposite! I was called back almost immediately after check in! Thank you, Eagles Landing Family Practice, for an amazing experience!

My husband went to the Eagles landing Health the Ellenwood location to see Dr. Ashley Poullard When she came into the room she ask how was he doing. When he responded by asking why she was 30 minute's late. She got an attitude and said " is that going to be a problem(sarcastically)". Then she put him and refused him health care. Very unprofessional. Then sent a letter stating to find another Doctor. And yes when she got sarcastic with a ex military veteran he went off. When did Doctors start refusing healthcare especially because some one ask why you was late for their appointment. If he was 15 minutes late you would have made him reschedule.

Dr. Poullard, MD is great! She listened to my concerns thoroughly. Often times the health issues of Brown women are not responded to with the care, and the same tenacity and concerns that others are provided. I find that the members of Eagles Landing Family Practice to be caring and people centered. Prior to this visit, i went to another provider, one of the "world renowned doctors" and was shuffled through the process like a bag of chips on conveyor belt at the market.Today's visit with Dr. Poullard was amazing. She is amazing and she listened to me and was present in the process of our exam. I was not rushed, and I left the office feeling good, not because Dr. Poullard had an answer to my issue but because she was committed to the journey it would take to find out what was actually going on.

Front desk was a good experience as always. I enjoyed my visit. Dr. Poullard she listen, explained, informative, and nice. She knew exactly what was wrong and I'm all better today. I have no complaints! Thanks Dr. Poullard!😊

Dr Poullard,MD has a direct yet sympathetic "bedside manner" which I appreciate. I have a tendency to rattle off when nervous so she reels me back in effortlessly. I respect and appreciates her professionalism in total.

Dr. Poullard and her staff were great. I was checked in quickly and immediately taken to the back. The Phelb/Lab Tech was one of the best I have had. Usually I am a hard stick, but she was able to get me on the first try. The MA was great, very thorough and documented all my vitals and past medical history quickly. After all of that was done I only waited maybe 5 mins (time in which I used to finish filling out paperwork) before my provider was coming in. She did a thorough exam and gave me referrals where necessary. Great facility and plan to make this my medical home.

I love the care I've received at the Ellenwood location. Dr. Clayton is amazing. Just 2 small issues. Trying to get someone on the phone in Ellenwood is a nightmare. I'm either on hold forever, or disconnected after being transferred several times. Also the last 3 times I've come to have my prescriptions renewed, 1 prescription is not sent to my pharmacy. So then I have to go through the nightmare of trying to contact a nurse from your office.I do appreciate all the advice, patience and care I receive from the staff. That's why I've been a patient for 10 years. Merry Christmas to you all!

She's not afraid to share information with you and she tries different tests to find a possible cause of the medical problem. She's candid. She rules possible conditions out a bit too quickly but she goes over options with the patient and builds the a good report for a follow-up visit. She's good.
