Worse Urgent care on the planet. This is my 3rd time visiting for the exact same issue. I have been given an appointment the last two times I came. I came in for my appointment today and was told that they don’t have any appointments and the receptionist walked off on me before I even finished talking. The last time I came the same lady was arguing with a lady in the lobby in front of all of the patients. She then goes on to tell the lady next to her that she went to the back and spoke to her manager and she said that she did nothing wrong except cursing in the lobby. Where in the hell did Piedmont find these people a total lack of professionalism and just flat out don’t care about the patients. This place needs new staff ASAP. I will be contacting piedmont until something is done.
