Redmond put me on klonopin for severe panic attacks and post trauma syndrome. I have severe arteries and heart disease. The doctor at this clinic decided the best heart doctors in the world is wrong she changed me to 3 drugs to replace my one and all of them have severe reactions to someone with heart diseases. One of them my heart doctor said could even cause me to have a heart attack. Please dont use this clinic for anything besides a splinter in your finger.

I’ve been coming here for a long time. And never really had an issue but recently I came to get lab work done. To get in touch with someone seemed impossible. I can not believe how unprofessional they are. Was put on hold countless of times and sent to voicemail as well. Very frustrating because even if I left a voicemail I wouldn’t receive a call back. I even called once and the receptionist said “I’ll tell them not to hang up on you this time” I seriously can’t make this up I put my health and trust at this facility

I have been going there since this office has been open and I absolutely love this place and the people that are bashing this place are just miserable cuz theyre expecting to get what they want instead of what they need the doctors are amazing there and have been there for my mom myself and my children just want to say thank you for all the hard work that you put into your clients and getting the help that they need

After a bad experience with the receptionist we left and did not plan on returning. Then we were contacted by the administration and decided to go back. I AM SO HAPPY WE DID. Dr. Thomas is GREAT The nurse was as well. I am so happy that we decided to meet the doctor.

They are very slow there office is nasty and there really slow they take for ever to cheek on your children

After waiting over an hour the Dr came in you have to know I have multiple health issues i even had all my medical records sent over weeks before my appointment. They asked me about depression which is bad I am a chronic anemic I actually just got out of the hospital I told the Dr a list of issues including my depression severe Diarrhea anemia thyroid I could list more issues. She told me I need to see a hematologist and oncologist per my medical records that she had not really looked at she said let us draw your blood so had that done then pointed me to check out the girl said she wants to see you back in 3 months..... no referrals. Maybe I will be dead by then.

I left another Ellijay Practice after the Dr was rude several times. I came here and see the NP. she is FANTASTIC she listened to what I needed and got me back on track I have never had issues with reception or a long wait. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice NO QUESTION

Absolutely horrible place. I only came to this horrid place to follow a Doctor that recently moved in. Before I had no issue driving 45 minutes out of my way just to see this Doctor. She is an amazing woman and I hate that I am leaving her due the way the receptionist treats people.

Im an established patient at the Ellijay location. I called their office at 905 a.m. on 08302016. The receptionist answered and immediately placed me on hold. After 6 minutes the call was routed to voicemail. I called back. The same thing happened. I was on hold a total of 12 minutes. I called a third time. This time straight to voicemail where I left a message that I needed to schedule an appointment. An hour and 20 minutes later I still had not received a call back and I didnt expect to. Such poor customer service is typical of this location. I can no longer trust my health and medical records to people who cant even manage phone calls. I called the Blue Ridge location and was able to schedule an appointment with them immediately via a professional helpful receptionist. I will never do business at the Ellijay practice again.
