Didn’t wanna give a star at all, worst staff ever. Arrived to get blood work that doctor ordered and had the order with me, the receptionist stated the lab was out for lunch and they get 30 minutes for lunch, we arrived at 11:50 and she was on lunch already, we got called back at 12:33. The reception wasn’t pleasant at all, she stated that they ask patients not to come at lunch. I stated we weren’t told where to get the order done in the first place!!!! 🤬

Stars are for the CT tech, she was great but.. Staff never answers the phone and never returns phone calls so don't even try to find out information. I had a scan in July 2020. At that time they did follow some Covid precautions (temp check at the door and a mask if you did not have one). My husband had a scan today (Sept. 2020) and they evidently do not think that Covid is a concern any longer as evidenced by no checking at the entrance, 5 or 6 people in the waiting room. I'm sure that it seems routine to the people that work in the environment all day but quite unnerving to those of us who have lost family members to this virus.

I had to have an x-Ray, was greeted by friendly staff, the radiologist was very pleasant, all done in a timely manner.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM. I arrived early. At 9:30 A.M. I departed. Clearly the facility had overbooked appointments. I regard it highly inappropriate for any (for profit) enterprise to place a higher value on their time than that of the customer. The last I heard, their services are not free. As a matter of fact, services are rather costly. Very disappointing.

Always a great experience. Have used this facility for mammograms and lab work. They are professional and timely.

I needed LAB work, 1 twin son needed x-rays of spine for scoliosis and the other needed x-rays of hand for a busted knuckle. No appt needed. Prompt service and was in and out with all out needs met in under an hour! Very courteous. Patient especially with autistic son. Have been before for outpatient tests and will definitely use again.
