Center For Primary Care's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Livingston for over 20 years now. I suffer from asthma and having a doctor that truly knows your medical history and cares for you is a blessing from God. I have had times when I had to go to Prompt Care or Med Now and they do not know me. They do not know my history. I do not have anything against those places but let me just say I never received the care that I received when seeing my doctor who knows me. Dr. Livingston builds relationships with his patients.. I was recently battling an episode with my asthma and Dr. Livingston called me himself to check on me the next day to discuss my medications. Friends if you do not have a doctor this one is the best.

The receptions was rude and not accomdating. I grew up going the main campus before going to college. Returning to my hometown I sought out Center for Primary Care since they took good care of me when I was in High School. They have grown to many locations which had me confuse when I went for my first appointment. I went to the wrong one honest mistake. Get there less than 10 minutes she roller her eyes. Makes me sit down to then tell me I wont be seen today. Then was a bitchqhen trying to reschedule.

The billing department completely make you pay more and more money each visit and say that you owe them more money after paying for a visit full price. It also takes forever for a doctors visit and the actual doctor only spends bout ten minutes with the patients

Went for CT scan got there and was told I drank the wrong Barium contrast on the 10th of March The girl Cristin had called on the 8th at 1051am to confirm my appt I tried to call back three times

Usually had quick service. I had to wait 30 minutes for a 5 minute shot this time. Not the usual service.

CPC is not the same and Its a shame.  Been going for 20 years but no more. I called to change an appointment and was put on hold for 20 minutes.  When someone picked up I was put on hold for another 7 minutes.  Then when the next person picked up I was told I was sent to the wrong person and would have to be put on hold again. No thank you.  I am gone.

I went to see Dr. Pollard about a month ago for my annual check and I tried to check on my lab results but the patient portal does not have any of my medical records. I called them and the girl said that theyve been having a problem with the website. Really???? After a month???? She gave me 1866 number to call and said that the identification number is my ss but it stated that its wrong when I entered it. I called back to the office and told her the problem she said she would have one of the nurses call me back....Still waiting....Is there a 0 star on the rating?

My physician was Kaur I came in because I didn’t have a primary doctor and had some issues I needed addressed. She was quick to leave and realized she didn’t address my issues after she left came back and asked me why I came in to begin with. She kept turning towards the door while speaking with her. I have anxiety and depression and wouldn’t wish another patient with the same issues to have her as a doctor because it made me feel unworthy and unimportant.

I have just become a patient of Dr. Moore within the last year. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She really listens to me. I do not have insurance so she acknowledges this and discusses all options with me for tests and medication. She is great as is everyone at the office

Make sure you call to make sure your appointment wasn’t canceled. I made an appointment a week ago for today at 120. Got there 30 minutes early and they told me that I canceled my appointment. Couldn’t tell me when. And they told me my insurance wasn’t valid. Shocker. Came to prompt care with the SAME card and it’s magically valid. Definitely finding another doctor and office. This is ridiculous
