I was early for my appointment this morning by 20 minutes. They were an hour behind schedule. I had other plans following this appointment that could not be rescheduled. I wish they valued my time as much as they valued their time. I had to leave, guess I'll reschedule. It's a good staff and a good doctor but someone needs to learn how to run the office.

Dr Sheehan is an excellent physician. The problem with the practice is the training of the med tech assigned to the pre-authorizations. She does not communicate at all with patients.

I had a skin surgery (Skin Cancer) 2016. So I had two visits every year for checkup, then one visit a year. The surprise was this year after changing the appointment from last month, today I received a voice message says that The Dr will be in vacation, so he can't make it this year and they offered to me another appointment in March 2022! The question is is God forbid if again I have the Skin Cancer. IT IS DR"S RESPONSIBILITY AND I WILL SUE HIM!!!!

Today has been 100% upsetting. Had a procedure for my grandson scheduled at 8 am . Arrived and was told the Dr. wasn't available until 1. We go back at 1 and was told we could not be seen. Wonderful day to spend our day off from work and school, let alone going back and forth twice! We love Dr. Sheehan, but the staff certainly was a HUGE disappointment today for my grandson and me :-( :-(

He is quick to ignore a question that may get him off script & slow down the fast pace. The exam room looked dirty & not clean enough for procedures.

The best of the best! My husband had no luck with other area dermotologists in diagnosing and treating his skin condition. Dr. Sheehan was thorough, diligent amd compassionate in getting rwlief ans resolution. We would not use anyone else! My mother-in-law had a basal cell removed 4 times over a yr period by another Dr. and I took her to Dr. Sheehan where she had a biopsy and surgery in less than 2 weeks! So grateful to him and his wonderful staff!

Had appt that lasted less than 10 minutes. I had to continuously ask the physician/ physician assistant questions about my problem. Other than my asking her questions, I would have been out of that office in under 5 minutes. It felt like a "Rushed Appointment" with me asking All of the questions. Did not feel I received the most of my appointment.
