Lab work probably sat in the office after being drawn and when results came back the results read abnormal. I also had to call a week later to get results back. New labs were ordered weeks later by a new doctor and drawn in an actual lab and ready the next day. All results were normal. She was very unprofessional. Would not recommend and will not return.

I was referred to Dr. Kaur by a friend who lived in Augusta. From the very onset I felt comfortable to see a female Physician who listened to my concerns and spent sufficient time discussing my problems and their management. Staff at CPC Evans is very professional and courteous. Depending on the time of the day phone hold time can be bit long, however, that is to be expected in a busy practice. When necessary, Dr. Kaur or Staff promptly return calls to address my concerns. I would rate her as five star Physician who has made considerable difference in the community.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kaur after moving here over three years ago from Greenville S.C. I have many health issues, and she has directed me to other specialist in the area for those needs. Dr. Kaur is kind, considerate, professional, and follow the guidelines of her profession, which I appreciate being a retired nurse. The office runs smooth, and I’m never disappointed when I need to call for advice. During this time of the Pandemic it has been hard for the medical community, and very stressful for the medical staff, this is the time we step up and help by being considerate and respectful to all medical staff.

Dr. Kaur takes very good care of myself and my 88 year old mother. She is kind, understanding, and very caring. We both love her!

I want to help others by providing genuine insight about Dr. Poonaminder Kaur. I have been seeing Poonaminder for almost three years now and wish I would have been seen by a different Physician. I stayed because I liked her nurse she was really good and she took the time to listen to my concerns, and health problems. Now, even that nurse has left Dr. Poonaminder Kaur’s practice. Now it is time for me to find a different doctor. Poonaminder is very insensitive Doctor, I thought that one wanted to be a doctor because they care for people and want to help them. Not with Poonaminder she is unreceptive when it comes to helping her patients or knows what her patient health needs are. Poonaminder doesn’t even explains conditions or treatments, or even take the time to answer ones questions.

Being new to the area and having multiple health problems it's difficult for me to find a good doctor. When I first met with Dr. Kaur she made me feel so welcome. She has opened the doors to get me into the new doctors that I am supposed to have for my other illness. You usually can get seen the same day if you call early enough and the staff is extremely sweet too!! What else can you ask for??!!

Dr Kaur listened to me patiently ! So far the best doctor I have seen in past several years .

I have only been there twice and both times I've felt rushed. I understand she has other patients but for BOTH times I have waited over 45 mins to be seen. All the nurses seem to be very nice but very unorganized. She prescribed me some things and never once did she tell me the amount or side affects these things include and told me to do research. I as a non Dr. shouldn't have to do any research, that why I go to a DR. and PAY to be seen. Overall terrible experience.

We had a visit with Dr. Kaur for my wife recently and we were happy with the care she provided. Dr. Kaur was attentive and caring in her manners, and we felt that she had my wife's best interest at heart. This is our first doctor visit in the area, as we have recently relocated. Her promptness in sending our referrals is very much appreciated as well!

Dr. Kaur is very thorough, responds very quickly to calls and emails and has a warm, interested manner. You have all of her attention while she is with you.
