If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT let your loved ones be taken to this place. My loved one was found unresponsive @ night & this place called & had them transported to the hospital the next day. They NEVER contacted family to let us know. My family member went in negative for Covid (tested before they left hospital) & was positive when they had to readmitted to the hospital. We only found out they were transported to the hospital, because we couldn't reach them. Then they had lost their belongings & it took several trips to retrieve them. Now our loved one has passed away due to complications from Covid-19 & we couldn't be there to say goodbye. I would not let a rabid animal be admitted to this facility! Faculty answering phones were rude. I can only imagine what's going on behind closed doors.

My sister is there now and I can't visit due to this virus and staff won't answer the phone to check on her.This is crazy my sister is calling crying hysterical and they just ignore me calling to see what's wrong.I held the line 12 minutes and no one would pick up the phone! What kind of place is this???
