Very clean, great customer service. They do accept Tricare select which is for retired members and Aetna and other insurances. Very attentive. I would recommend them if you can not get an appointment on post or with your PM.

My two year old sliced open her forehead. We kept our cool in front of her but on the inside we were frantic because we worried about who would accept Tricare so we wouldn’t have to drive her all the way to Eisenhower. University Prompt Care takes Tricare and made the whole experience so calming. Our visit was very quick and ended in glue instead of stitches after given the option between the two (with a discussion of the pros/cons of either choice).

First time was good. This visit with Erin Beasley was a waste of time. Pain in my ankle. Cant wear regular shoes. Did xray. Found it impossible to sign off on info for my employer to say I needed time to transition back to regular shoes. She made it seem like I requested narcotics or brain surgery. I wanted neither. Just to be able to wear comfortable shoes until pain was resolved.

University Prompt Care Greenbrier is an underused gem in Evans that offers expert care to those who need to see a doctor but can't get an appointment with their primary care doctor. It is a relatively new facility that offers the expertise of nurses, doctors and Physician assistants. All three times we've visited have been pleasant and satisfying experiences. I highly recommend using University Prompt Care, Greenbrier.
