I went in feeling really sick. The doctors and staff were so friendly and welcoming. Ultimately I tested positive for covid, but they gave me all the tools and knowledge to help me get through it.

Went Christmas Eve as a walk in for a COVID test. The line was super long before opening but they were prompt with opening and getting everyone in the system to get an appointment time. My appointment was set for 2:45 but I received a text at 11:30 saying I can come in asap if I would like. Got back, the front desk, lab tech, and Dr. We’re all super nice and very professional.

I had a very good experience with custom service From the clerks in the front, all the way in the back to the doctor explaining everything to me in a way that I could understand it . Thanks so much! I'm feeling a lot better.

Website indicates walk-in only for covid-19 testing. In reality, you have to arrive early in the morning and sign up for a time slot. It's on a first come first serve basis. Basically, it's still by appointment. The difference is you ave to sign up in person instead of online or via phone. Highly disappointed! Thank you for wasting our time and putting others in danger.
