Excellent Customer Service,my Assistant Kira was excellent and very knowledgeable. Dr.Powell was awesome and answered all of my questions.The whole Fayetteville staff was the bomb. From the front staff with Ms.Leslie and Ms.Nisha to the back. I will be back. Amen

As it stands I will NEVER recommend anyone go here. Arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment, didn't get taken back until 20 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start, things get busy I understand it happens. The dental staff was friendly and nice, but ended up learning it was only a new patient exam and not also a cleaning. That's up in the air regarding if I didn't see that note online if there was a note about it, that's fine it happens as well. The reason they are getting 1/5 stars is because I cannot give a zero for the terrible handling of billing and insurance. I received a bill in the mail for the full amount even though my insurance covered the exam cost. I contacted my insurance where they provided me an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) showing that they have paid this in full. After contacting the Coast Dental office and sending this information over, I never heard back. 2 weeks go by and I receive yet another bill where I send another text message without hearing back. I received a 3rd billing statement! I called their office again to get an email address to send all of this information once again. Afterwards reaching out via email, I received an email that on November 15th they were not able to find a customer file with a rep from my insurance company. This is extremely problematic as it took me less than 10 minutes to get all of this information including a copy of my Explanation of Benefits on two separate occasions from my insurance company. How is it possible that both my insurance company and myself know Coast Dental has been paid in full for their services, but they do not?

Dr.Powell and staff are very nice and friendly. They made my visits pleasant and made the process simple for me. Check them out you won't be disappointed.

Had a very painful toothache and got the appointment the same day. The front desk was very friendly. Dr. Rometta took great care of me and figured out what was wrong. Will definitely come back. All of the staff was polite!
