Great staff and Doctor

I read the reviews before scheduling an appointment and I had hoped that my experience would not be what I read. I’m here to say BELIEVE reviews when you read them. People don’t write reviews because they have NOTHING else to do. I came in because I have not been able to eliminate naturally without stimulants. I saw a NP that NEVER even examined me. She asked me what was going on typed her notes gave me some samples and stated if it didn’t work what the alternative would be. She provided Linzess as samples but didn’t explain how to take them or informed me that those pills can interact with my current prescription. I had to Google to find out that it has to be taken on an empty stomach and 30min before a meal. I felt that she was not very personal and that I was treated the way I was because I am uninsured. I paid the office visit and was willing to pay for blood work or xray if needed. She didn’t even check my stomach to see if it was hard or ask me. The nurse that checked me in was VERY nice and was more informative in the short time I was with her than the NP. I will never return to that place and I will never recommend anyone to choose this place for their digestive needs. The Newnan location reviews are just as bad.

This is the worst medical experience I have ever had. I had a referral to this facility from my primary doctor. So I was expecting nothing but the best NOT... Went in for a consultation. Wait almost 1 hr before I was seen. Never met the doctor just a nurse that ask me a few questions I have a underlying condition so Im picky about my doctors After my so called consultation I was told in a nutshell that someone would get back with me to schedule and appointment. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE IN THE OFFICE. The office order some meds that they say I needed that I spent 50+ dollars on to not use it. I was so pissed and disappointed Dont go here. Very poor services. Your health should be taken seriously

This company puts profit over patients. They refuse to schedule upper and lower gi procedures because they dont make enough money. They did this despite having medical necessity for one procedure instead of two separate procedures. They do NOT honor U ownited Healthcare contracts. Use at your own risk...forewarned is forearmed.

It should not be this difficult to schedule an appointment. The scheduler for Dr Gryboski is never available. Never..... It always requires a patient to leave a message for a call back. The online book an appointment in MyChart just sends you to a phone number so why put the option out there?

The doctor was wonderful. The office staff not so much.  First of all I did not even know I had a balance as I  have Medicare and a supplemental policy. I never received anything in the mail a phone call or anything else.  One day 3 months after my only appointment I received a text message telling me my account was past due and wanting me to text $100.00 to them right then. I tried to call but was unable to get anyone on the phone.  Later I get another text saying the same thing. Still nothing in the mail to even show me what the charges are for what the office visit even cost or more importantly if they had even received a payment from my insurance company. The way this office is operated I believe Ill have to just find another doctor because I still have no idea why I even owe them anything at all.

Waste of time. I arrived at 3pm for a 315 appointment. At 415 I walked out unseen. Every person with the exception of 1 that walked in after me was taken back for their appointment. Unfortunately there are some doctors out there that do not value their patients time.

The doctors and staff are very caring and friendly Dr. Khandelwal was amazing I refer him to everyone 5 stars plus for sure

Must the whole world hide behind voice mail? Can no one simply pick up the phone and talk to a prospective patient customer without having to wait until the next business day to speak to someone? Its maddening

These losers wont even answer the phone or return calls  Judging by the other reviews that looks to be for the best.
