I take my mother here for her follow up cancer appointments. They are so extremely slow and nonchalant. Everytime we wait for over an hour to be seen, with an appointment, even for routine blood work. They don't focus on you until you start to complain.
All the nurses and staff are always so nice and Dr. Cain is such a concerning Dr. I really trust her . They all take care of their patients with a lot of care..
These people is very inconsiderate very rude. I will not be going back to them. They need help with their attitude. This is for Dr Cain
The doctor we have is great in all ways! The scheduling of and completing of infusions are TERRIBLE. No matter the day of week or time of day they are ALWAYS 2-3 hours late. They are in drastic needed of a practice productivity specialist. It is difficult to recommend this location to others with a straight face...

As a patient at this facility for quite sometime, I have become increasingly disappointed. I went for labs one week prior to my appointment as usual. The person drawing my blood decided to engage me in a conversation I had no interest in. It started with “ so who has Indian blood in your family” . I replied no one. She continued to insist that I did. She then, proceeded to tell me all about her bloodline. Very unprofessional. So, I go back for my appointment one week later. I wait in the waiting room for a long time. When I was finally called to the back, my weight and blood pressure was taken. Then I was taken to the Sub waiting room. Another long wait. Finally, I was taken to the exam room. Another long wait. So I opened the door to see if they had forgotten me. The person who had shown me into the room was there. I said have you all forgotten about me? I’ve been here OVER TWO HOURS. She replied,“ everyone has been here over two hours. The doctor still has someone else before you.” Her tone was very Snippy. I left. Not going back.!
Dr. Khanwani and his PA, Donna are fabulous! Both are super kind and want what is best for their patients. The office is super busy, there in normally a long wait. But what can you do? Unfortunately, a lot of people have cancer. All of the staff is super nice also. At Christmas time they gave a me a Christmas tree to take home and enjoy . They understand that a lot of people going through chemo just do not feel well enough to put up a tree. My medical insurance dropped me in the middle of my chemo. The staff was more than glad to help me get set up for financial assistance during this hard time in my life. Which I really appreciate it! The front desk is wonderful and so are the nurses. I'm sure it can't be a easy job, dealing with so many sick people. But they still have a great attitude. Northside Hospital is affiliated with Georgia Cancer Specialists. Anytime I have to get referred out, Northside has been wonderful. I would recommend Northside over Piedmont any day of the week. The drive is further, but it's so worth it! I would definitely recommend Dr. Khanwani, Donna, and Georgia Cancer Specialists.... They are so loving and try to give you hope! I will forever be thankful for them all!
Word's cannot express how much I love the staff at Ga Cancer Specialists in Fayetteville. From the front desk staff to the Nurses and Pharmacy employees they have all been so kind, compassionate and professional. Dr Carr has exceeded all of my expectations and I am so happy to say I am now in remission!!! God is great and I truly believe the individuals at this facility are second to none!!!
I have been going to this place for more than 2years and started going during COVID-19 so every treatment I received from my Haematologist I thought was based on the fact that there is a virus going on. After the virus left and we all stopped wearing masks, the doctor still doesn't want to touch me with his stethoscope and doesn't close the door but stand by the door and deliver my medical report for whoever to hear. Also he won't let me ask questions or talk about what is bothering me. Now, he put paper towel on me before touching me and also said am not happy with the hospital when I complained but I told him am not happy with his behavior. He talks down on me and even walk out on me and said to go to another specialist. Am I wrong by complaining? I left this review couple of days back now but afterwards, I have received a letter from DR. LYNN ZEMSKY stating they are concluding their relationship with me at the FAYETTEVILLE location because the doctor lied. The doctor that discriminated against me is GERALD. I think as a patient, they should have listened to my own side of the story before reaching a conclusion but they are just one sided.
Highly recommend this office. I've had pleasant interactions with every staff member I've come across here. Dr. Khanwani is very thorough and takes his time to explain everything very well (treatment risks/benefits, lab results, etc) so I can make an informed decision on what steps I want to take in my treatment plan. There is a bit of a wait past your initial appointment time, BUT it's worth it to have a doctor who genuinely cares for his patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
