Dr. Jill was accommodating when she ran an hour late on my very first appointment. I had some light spots on my face and she convinced me to have them Frozen. They immediately got darker so she invited me back in for a second treatment (no charge). The spots got even darker. Trying to get Doctor Jill to call me or return one of my many, many messages has been a massive challenge. I work on-camera in television & film. I now have permanent dark brown spots on my face. I have tried to speak with dr. Jill for over a month and I cannot get her.

Dr. Buckthal and her staff were amazing. I have severe anxiety when it comes to having procedures. Dr. Buckthal and her nurse made me comfortable and at ease. She explained everything she was doing and what she was finding. She answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand.

Very professional and courteous. The pre cancers were frozen quickly and efficiently. The biopsy was completed and I have had no problems with it I hope the follow up goes as well.

They cannot get their act together. Twice I have showed up for my appointment and the staff cannot find my referral. First time I begged another staff member to look and she found it. The second time they just keep repeating they didn’t have it and I needed to find it myself. What? Just walked out. So rude and no help at all.

Can’t get into the doctor because her staff is terrible. I have gone to two appointments and they never have my paperwork. I ended up scrambling in the office and begging them to look. First time they found it after I talked to a supervisor the second time the receptionist was rude and wouldn’t even look. I just left. They must not need anymore money. Will find someone else.

Dr. Buckthal is simply one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is professional and explains things in terms I can understand. She has a positive attitude and excellent bedside manner. It always feels like she really cares about you as a patient.
