Referred by my PCP because of swellingpain in knee

I wasnt too thrilled by Dr. Harveys bedside manner and his knowledge. I also didnt like the Fayetteville office attitude either. Go elsewhere...

Made an appt with Dr. Harvey two months in advance on my day off. I was called the day before and told he couldn’t see me. I explained I only had the next two days off and needed to be seen for my back and was in terrible pain. I got silence on the phone and was finally offered another location of a PA. It was too far for me to drive. She was very RUDE She told me I need to understand he is human and has emergencies. Yes I get that but I am human too with an emergency. I made this appt on my day off purposely and Resurgens has many drs. I never had this problem bringing my daughter to see Spencer Rowland there multiple times. I do expect staff NOT to be RUDE and them To WORK with me when I can’t come on another day. Most times I can but not with this appt. I didn’t even get an “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” only an “he’s a doctor”. Well guess what Dr.Harvey? Your RUDE receptionist just made you look really bad. I will not be spending my hard earned money at Resurgens anymore.

I had surgery 20 years ago and this man is awesome Would highly recommend him any time.

I waited two months for this appt and scheduled it on my day off. Was called the day before and told he couldn’t see me and not given any alternative but to drive to a different location. The staff was rude. I get it emergencies come up but there are tons of drs at Resurgens. Sometimes regular people can reschedule and sometimes we can’t. I could not take a day off. I do expect a place NOT to be RUDE and to WORK with me in instances when it’s not my fault the appt was cancelled. I have NEVER had this problem when bringing my daughter there multiple times to see Spencer Rowland. You can bet it will be the last time I go there OR recommend them.

After several visits to see Dr. Harvey he came up with a guessed solution that my SI Joint needed to be fused. He performed the fusion and guess what? I still have the same problem with much pain when walking. He then told me it was my hip. I went to Dr. Goodman because I was so fed up with Harveys lack of concern and inability to follow through with my prescriptions. Guess what? It isnt my hip its my lower back. I would never trust him to touch me again after the agony I have been through. He stays confused gives improper diagnosis and I dont trust him.

Dr. Harvey is an outstanding Physician. He is considerate thorough and concise. You cannot find a better orthopedist for your back.

Wonderful experience. Dr. Harvey was such a pleasure. Gregory at the front desk was great also and very pleasant. I would and will definitely refer Dr. Harvey.

Dr. Harvey is amazing I have been living with chronic pain for 5+ years. I went to see him and he immediately diagnosed my condition as SI joint dysfunction. I am now 15 days postop and virtually pain free after the iJoint surgery. He along with his very talented staff have changed my life. Along with his mad skills he is also a very genuine and compassionate person. I can tell he loves what he does. I now consider him my friend for life. Thanks Dr. Harvey

Dr. Harvey performed surgery on my son. It was successful and the doctor was kind and explained everything well. Due to our good experience i am having knee surgery done by him as well. He spent plenty of time explaining anything I asked about and I only waited about 20 minutes to see him.
