Piedmont Healthcare's Online Review Report Card

The quality of care in Piedmont Fayetteville hospital is substandard. Nurses do not want to do any work and will take their frustration out on their patient to Great extent there are HIPAA violations going on where nurses will involve their family members and friends to help them cover up for their wrongdoings The director of the clinic will show anger and even try to threaten you when you bring these matters to their attention patient relations will avoid answering. And when they do answer they will make excuses for why they can't talk to you. The hospital is charging the insurance companies and Medicaid for services not fully rendered blood transfusions. They will send your loved ones home with bruises on them and act nonchalant about it. And when patient relations does answer to your complaints about the quality of service you were given at this hospital the a different department head would admit to that their faults and then patient advocacy will tell them not to do it they will go back and forth on the phone and then hang the phone up and come back and tell you they did nothing and when you confront them about they will say we'll have to take what happened in their facility as a learning experience for them and their staff to improve the quality of care These people running this hospital and working in this hospital don't really care if they see they can get away with stuff they will

Emergency room visit on 01/07/2026 Horrible experience! *Dr Dong Trang his exact words to me as a patient were- you’re in pain but it’s not life threatening!! Just by looking at me he figured I had no clue what was happening! After 32 years as a nurse! Nice bedside manner sir! Very demeaning and condescending tone and he doesn’t listen. He came in with my medical history instead of my current chief complaint! Unprofessional service! Do better! It took too Many people to draw labs in the back… female staff was upset when I said no to her 2nd stick which was in an area where I had already said I had scarred tissue, she ignored me and proceeded to go there anyway. Then walked out the room and I could hear her telling the nurse that I wouldn’t allow her to stick me when that’s clearly not what happened. then, Caleb labsMR (ego) wanted me to allow him to stick me to prove he could get it done after sticking me and not getting it. He Was upset when Katelyn came with ultrasound machine and was talking bad about new nurse Elizabeth saying the newbies shouldn’t touch his cart because they don’t know what they’re doing or how to put his stuff back. 01/07/26 Piedmont Fayetteville Katelyn(ultrasound labs) did an awesome job and was able to get IV line put in on 1st try.

5 stars for the maternity side.. Back in July and August I had to stay there til I delivered and during my stay it was wonderful the nurses treated me so good and there was one in particular who I hadn’t met yet but she came in and wrote encouraging words on my cup and made me feel nice.. They all listened to me cry and vent and all.. And after having my son the nurses were so wonderful as well… If I didn’t have to have a hysterectomy and fell pregnant again I’d definitely go back here to have another. I wish I would’ve went with my other 3… 10000% RECOMMEND ♥️

These atrocious crooks charged a child $30k for rabies shots. take the risk and go to another hospital to avoid bankruptcy

Fabulous Experience

Great hospital and great staff had surgery and had to stay one night great from pre op to stay thanks so much

Horrible Hospital.....I took my niece to the emergency room and stayed there for 7hrs and 30 minutes her blood pressure was 187 over 120 ..And they did nothing to help us ..She also been Vomiting for days and her chest been hurting. Don't ever go to this Hospital!!!!!!

Once again my blood pressure spiked to 220 over 120. Went to Piedmont Henry the first time waited over 9 hours to not even see a doctor. Spiked again 2 days later so I looked at ER wait times on the Piedmont hospital website. website said Fayette county had a 46 minute wait time so I drove their with super high blood pressure. I have now been here 5 hours without seeing a doctor the front desk said the wait times on the website are never right. They left me waiting without so much as stabilizing my blood pressure. Time to lawyer up over their 46 mnute fake wait times and see if class action changes their b.s. lying to people when lives can be at stake over wait times.

They take to long I got here at 9pm and it's now 5:30 A.m. This is not an Emergency Room. It's a Library.

They have saved my life twice. Very professional. Good doctors and nurses.
