My experience has always been good at the Ellenwood location. I was a walk-in today. I was seen immediately by a friendly staff. I was taken care of & out the door within an hour!!

I’ve been to this location many times, this visit was TERRIBLE! Front office staff was warm and welcoming but the back office totally different experience. Anywho, they TOTALLY forgot about me for apx a half hour or so. After I opened the door to find out what was going on and the NP said “X-ray didn’t come for you “. Fast forward after X-ray report returns and the discharge nurse came in and advised they were giving me 4 prescriptions. ????? She advise that Covid & Flu test were negative but could tell me anything else.
