List of Piedmont's Reviews
On 7/8/21 I took my wife to Fayette Piedmont Hospital E.R. On the early hours of 7/9 they preformed emergency surgery. They took her Jewelry consisting of her wedding engagment rings, her mothers wedding ring and diamond ear rings. That is the last she seen of them. Due to the seriousness of the surgery we didn't notice the jewelry was missing untill she returned home a week later. I contacted the Fayette Piedmont security. They infomed me that the same employee that recieved the jewelry checked and signed the Jewelry out . I or my wife knew nothing about it. She told security that the jewelry was returned to my wife She was out of it and heavily sedatated with pain medication the entire time she was at the hospital. If they did return the jewelry to her, she wasn't alert or in a state of mind to recieve the jewelry. The security department directed me to contact patient relations. The only response I recieved from her was in mid July urging me not to file a police report and that she would contact me. Since then I have made several atempts to contact her in August and September with no response. I went to the Jewelry store where they have our purchases on file to get reciepts. The sales associate told me that there have been others who have gone for surgery at Fayette Piedmont Hospital and have had their jewery stolen as well.
Aside from the low-class, uneducated, selfish idiots in the waiting room who scream and act like children to try and get back quicker and verbally abusive the staff who are there to help them (as if they deserve special treatment for being trashy, disgusting human beings), the hospital itself is amazing, clean and professional. Also, if you aren't a Fayette county resident, don't come to this hospital. We don't need you bringing your trash to our hospital just because the one in your own county is garbage...you know who you are.Lastly, it's not a restaurant. Quit complaining about the wait time you ungrateful morons.
Paul Hernandez. Trust me your hospital is all over Facebook and any social media I can get on.
Worst hospital ever and the absolute worst staff!!!If I could give a negative star it would be more than this place deserves!
terrible hospital....go to Piedmont Newnan instead

Yes.. They saved my life. I will drive pass other hospitals to goto Piedmont
My wife went to PFH for knee replacement surgery. Most people, in this country, don't get nearly enough exercise. It seems strange to have golf carts, to deliver visitors from parking places to the hospital doors. Of course, it's good to help people who are sick or injured, but most of the golf cart riders seem to be family members or friends of the sick and injured patients. I was quite disappointed to see almost no [just a very few vegetables] vegan foods on the patient menu. Healthy, cruelty free meals could help patients recover faster. Instead of handing out multivitamins, how about serving foods, with many vitamins [like fortified cereals and nutritional yeast and plant based milks]? From the surgery waiting room, I was able to take stairs up to the floor my wife's room was on. While she was sleeping, I went walking around the hospital. I knew that the east tower is not connected to the west tower. I discovered that there are no stairs, for visitors, in the east section of the hospital. How about thinking about the health, of visitors, and let them walk up and down stairs, instead of being forced to ride up and down on elevators?
I have enjoyed my stay and thankful for all the medical care I received.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
