They require an extra test costing $39 for all eye appointments which the receptionist said is not covered by insurance. This is the same test I had when seen by my retina specialist in July and they could easily get my records from GA Retina. That was not acceptable to them so I did not schedule an appointment and will get a refraction done elsewhere. My insurance did cover this testing when I had my eyes checked in July. I am not opposed to having a thorough eye exam but this testing seems redundant and unnecessary.

Everyone at the office is very friendly and make it a pleasurable experience. I appreciate that there is never a long wait (yay for scheduling proper time for appointments and not overbooking!) Dr Eichammer is very patient and kind, not in a hurry and takes the time to answer questions in an understandable way. No one tries to upsell and insurance coverage is explained well. I trust him with my sight! 😉

Dr. Eichhammer is the best. I have been a patient of his for over ten years, and would not trust anyone else with my vision care. He goes out of his way to find the solutions you need that will work best for your lifestyle. His office staff is great too!

I waited over 45 min. in the waiting room and when I was finally called back, Dr. Eichhammer didn't seem concerned about my overall eye health. All he cared about was what brand of contacts to give me. I had to specifically ask him about my retinal health. There was a dirty coffee cup in the examining room, which is neither professional nor hygienic. My contact lens exam cost a ton & they tried to charge me a refitting fee because I was unable to have a follow-up within 30 days. Awful place!!!!
