Dr. Jordan is a consummate professional. She possesses the rare combination (these days) of being not only experienced and knowledgeable but also very compassionate. She took the time to understand my issue, answer my questions, and treat me. Highly recommended!

Dr. Jordan is extremely compassionate and takes the time to understand your concerns. She is very thorough and explains everything clearly. She stays up to date on the latest advancements and is an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend her!

My objectively healthy knee turned totally pathological after Dr. Jordan's treatment. I had been almost fully recovered from an overuse injury by the time I had an MRI and saw her. I was recommended a steroid shot and when I asked about side effects, told nothing unless I was diabetic (um, no). Four months later I self-paid for a second MRI because I could barely walk. I had significant cartilage loss since my first MRI right before the steroid shot, and chronic Hoffa's syndrome which is devasting to recover from once it reaches the chronic stage. Ten months, $15K in costs for Dr./PT and biologic treatments, non-stop intense PT and I am still not recovered and would do anything to have my knee back to how it was before I saw Dr. Jordan. The heart-breaking thing is that Hoffa's syndrome was the first write-up on my first MRI - it was never discussed with me.

I just had my visit with Dr. Jordan and she is incredible! Her staff is wonderful too. Everyone was friendly. Finding her suite was simple and I didn’t wait long to see her.

Dr. Susan Jordan did a tremendous job surgically repairing my torn bicep. She and her team saw me right away after the injury, and worked diligent to get me scheduled for surgery without delay. She is an excellent communicator and takes a personal interest in her patients.

Dr. Jordan successfully repaired my “shredded rotator cuff” in 2019. The prognosis previously was very grim for my recovery or to regain muscle strength and function. She closely followed my recovery and worked with Physical Therapy to assure her strict orders were followed. One year later & I have a new, stronger rotator cuff. Thank you!!!

I had rotator cuff surgery by Dr. Susan Jordan 6 months ago and on target for full recovery. I appreciate that Dr. Jordan explained my surgery and length of time for full recovery before my surgery was scheduled. I am grateful for Dr. Jordan and look forward recommending her to friends and family.

One word: AMAZING!

I called to see when is the soonest I could get an appointment with Dr. Jordan. The receptionist insisted on setting up a file, requiring personally identifying information, in order to see when the earliest appointment is available. Having experienced identity theft in the recent past, I am hesitant to unnecessarily give my name, birthdate, etc. to anyone. If the personnel at the office cannot simply check appointment availability without that information, there is something wrong there.
