I have been taking my children for multiple disorders to Dr. Morgan for 20+ years. Dr. Morgan and his PA's have been a tremendous help and his office staff is amazing! I highly recommend this doctor's office. They are truly caring. Appreciate you all more than I can say in words. ?

Not worth the 1 star I gave him! He is rude and disrespectful and does not take the time to listen to your problems! He misdiagnosed me and put me on some medication that has caused permanent damage to my body! He yelled at me one day “You are such low income and you don’t have a decent paying job so you can’t afford to come here anymore! Just go to behavioral health services!” I left and haven’t been back. I did stop taking the mental health medications since they were not doing me any good and found out I didn’t need mental health services after all!

Dr. Morgan and his staff treat you with respect and make you feel comfortable. Visits are always quick but never rushed. I’ve never had to sit in the waiting room for more than 15 minutes. I would highly, and happily, recommend him or his NP’s to anyone I know.

I have been going to VPA for almost 20 years and have never had a dissatisfying experience except for today. Dr Morgan’s office staff was incredibly rude today. When I was finished with my 30 second appointment, I tried to schedule my three mont appointment. The staff acted like I was even there and they were more interested in socializing about something unrelated to medical care. Dr Morgan is a very caring and compassionate doctor (I give him a 5 star rating), but his office staff needs some training on how to take care of his patients (3 star rating).

There’s no communication about medication. He cut me off after 10 years of prescribing it. I called twice to ask about weaning off. I never got a callback, so I faxed his nurse practitioner who I normally see. Still no answer. I’ve never heard of a doctor not telling you how to wean off the medicine that can cause serious side effects. He’s not the doctor I thought he was.
