I have been here multiple times and have had excellent service from everyone. I always "save my spot" online so I know how busy it is before I head over. I have always been treated promptly and the staff has been very helpful in getting me the help and referrals I needed. I have never had to wait more than 10 min if I "save my spot" and all registrations have been completed. It's super clean inside and I have never noticed any odor. I am so glad that they are so close by and reliable. Hamilton Mill location is where I started but I guess they flooded and this location happens to be closer to me anyway, so I am happy to come here.

I called to check the wait time and was told no more than an hour so I decided to go on over. I sat there for an hour and forty five minutes and finally got taken back to a room where I sat for 15 more minutes and was told there were a couple more people for the doctor to see before me ?? The place wasn't that busy ? I ended up walking out without seeing the doctor and told them to refund my credit card ! Wasted over 2 hours of my time.

Made an appointment went in rushed to pay the co pay by staff fine I have a co pay. Second people there after they open.. 5 walk ins come in I know they're walk ins because the staff has them push the blue button not the green for appointment. They call everyone else back before us. I asked why they said they have appointments but they didn't. This was the second time this place gave us bad care but they're the first to open so we tried it again. After a hour and a half wait I got a refund went to another clinic in and out within 20 minutes with staff that updated and was kind. The staff here I asked about if they could get her tested before we saw doc and they refused to even triage her. We won't be returning and will not recommend here to anyone. The first time they refused to treat my daughter leaving her in major pain for a week thankfully we got in with the pediatrician once she opened back during normal hours and they immediately sent treatment to the pharmacy, and the right pharmacy too. This place sent it to a pharmacy I didn't even want. Never again. Try another place
