I was just told by his front office staff that I am considered a new patient because I didn't visit for 2 yrs and he is no longer accepting new patients. He is who put me on my daily antidepressant initially and my obgyn kept me on it through my last pregnancy is why I didnt need to see cheng. I am very disappointed in this. I really liked him as a Dr but definitely won't be going back

Lord for bid if you are sick on a weekend no help whatsoever will not call you in anything. Will never go back to this office again

My husband has been they’re 12 years. He loves Dr. Cheng.! He spends quality time with his patients and is never rushed

Dr. Cheng and the entire practice especially the office manager are the most incompetent, least considerate group of people I've ever encountered. They have no regard for the patients they see and all they care about it how much they can charge you before finding some bogus reason to dismiss you from the practice. I don't trust this entire hospital system especially this office in particular.
